This Lenscrafters, and the optometrist here as well are just the very best I’ve gone to in 20 years of wearing glasses.
I walked into a competing chain in Flagstaff, had a horrible experience and got a bad prescription. I then drove all the way to Prescott and got an amazing prescription, great glasses, and all faster than the competition even could get my glasses made!
I will be coming back here every time, and referring everyone I know.

This place saved my honeymoon. We traveled all the way to Sedona, AZ to view some of the most beautiful places in the country, and on my first day there, my glasses got scratched! I was heartbroken, but I managed to call LensCrafters (about a 1.5 hour drive away), and they assured me that if I could get them my prescription, they could have me on my way that same day in a new pair. I had my prescription faxed to them and visited them in the morning. The staff there, knowing I didn’t want to spend my honeymoon waiting in the mall for a new pair of glasses, assessed my prescription and selected a frame for me at lightning speed. I had a brand new pair of glasses in under an hour and was off to enjoy the rest of my honeymoon. I wish I could reward this place with repeat business, but if you live in the area, you should check this place out!

I bought my glasses at another clinic and the optometrist didn’t fit my glasses properly. I thought I would try Lens Crafters. Paul Amero was the licensed optician today and he fixed the fit on them. He knows what he is doing and he didn’t even charge me after I offered to pay him. He is also the sales mgr and he says that all of the employees are licensed and not just technicians or assistants. I will go to Lens Crafters next time for my glasses.
