This place is amazing if you are obsessed with Italian food and pizza!!! It’s a nice restaurant and bar. The workers are all nice.

Food was just awful. We dropped about 60 bucks for lunch pizza and wings soups and salad… Honestly the best thing about the meal was the ranch… The wings were like jerky. I asked for HOT wings and ended up with cold tough plain wings. Pizza was cold and tasted like it had been sitting under a warmer for a while. Soup came in a to go box… Yes BOX… It was cold when we got it and the sand which came with one piece of bread on the bottom… How is this place even still open? The one in Prescott valley is awesome. When we called to complain about our meals the manager didn’t really care… so sad. Very disappointed. wont be eating here again and won’t ever recommend it … Try Rosas or Two Mamas… Even dominos would be better…

I love their subs. They have plenty of vegetarian options too. It’s very convenient that they deliver too.

I’m giving this a one star because of their bad customer service. I ordered for delivery on a Monday night & per my email confirmation is said would take roughly an hour. I waited over 1hr 50mins for my food arrive. Then to top it off they got my order wrong!!! HORRIBLE! I called & they basically acted like I was bothering them. I can’t believe that they did nothing to try to remedy the situation or even apologize. To make it all worse I had hungry kids waiting, who literally started crying. I ended up making them something else to eat, so they didn’t even get to eat the dinner we ordered! I honestly WILLNEVER order again or eat there for as long as I live. I also will make sure to let everyone I know how horrible they are! HORRIBLEHORRIBLE!

The broasters fried chicken and the bar b que wings are excellent. Probably the best fried chicken in town. The pieces are a smaller size not the giant pieces you get at KFC gross. Very thin and good crust. Excellent flavor.

We have eaten here several times over the last few years. On our most recent visit, we were basically satisfied, but not wowed. The«Chopped Antipasto» had plenty of Italian meats and cheese, veggies were fresh, and house dressing had a nice tang. The«Best of Everything» baked sub with Capicola, Genoa & Swiss was generous and tasty. Our«Create Your Own Pasta» choice of Penne noodles with Alfredo sauce was a reasonable $ 8. We liked the idea of «create your own», but adding a meat & and a couple veggies to the noodles and a side salad ran the price up double. So, we opted to stick with the basics and ordered the large Chopped Antipasto to share. The kids had pizza and thought it was fine. Their comment was«better than Papa John’s but not as good a Bill’s.» The wings had a good flavor but the texture of the skin was too soft for our taste – we prefer a crispy, rendered skin. The pizza carries a premium price but is style and quality we were satisfied with 25 years ago. These days we expect a top dollar pie to be more like you would find at Park Plaza or Bill’s. Yet Streets hasn’t really changed their pizza game since opening years ago. The service was decent, but nothing special. All-in-all I can’t complain, and would say ‘Yes, give them a try.’ But with the other choices for pizza and pasta available in the area, I can’t think of a compelling reason to come back. Sometimes great multi-location family-owned restaurants become victims of their own initial success, and as the years go by they remain stuck in the past. Eventually, they lose their passion and often their relevance as consumer tastes change and expectations increase. Maybe that’s the case with Streets of New York.

Worst wings in town for me… if you like your, wings well sauced this is not the place to order from. Ordered twice in the past week; first time, i ordered medium wings and thought they had just forgotten to sauce them. Today, I asked for extra sauce, and the wings arrived exactly the same way. My wife got the spaghetti Alfredo and she said it was decent for a delivery place. There are better pizza places to order delivery from in Prescott.

Very good Italian style restaurant that seems to specialize in pizzas and wings. They also have some healthy stuff including gluten free pizza and great salads. I was very happy with my chopped Greek salad and my compatriots liked their pear Gorgonzola salads. The place is roomy and Nicky appointed and the service was very good.

Update to my last review. I was contacted by the manager and he was extremely concerned and very apologetic. The next order was on them. It was excellent. Sometimes you have no control over the hired help, and sometimes machinery malfunctions(but if it does, bad food should never be sent out). Shit happens… I get that. He did everything possible to appease, and said he would review the tapes of the night in question and see what the issues was that caused the bad batch. I am satisfied with the outcome and YES I DO recommend this place. :)

Any place with«New York» in it’s name that doesn’t offer its corned beef or pastrami on rye bread is a sham. It’s a good place to take noisy little kids with undeveloped taste buds, that’s about it. Pizza is just ok.

We were here a couple of weeks ago from Phoenix for a celebratory dinner with friends. We had 26 in our party. Jeff, the manager had everything set up for our party and Lauren took great care of us. The food and drinks were great. Thanks Streets of NY for getting our night off to an amazing start!

I’ve eaten here in the restaurant and ordered out many many times and am always pleased! They make the most yummy gluten free vegetarian pizza here! I actually love in CA, but whenever we get into town my stepmom knows my «usual» and basically has this place on speed dial to place the order. Her and my husband always split some wings and pizza, and I get my personal gluten free pizza. We all get what we want and it’s all yummy!

Nice people but gross food. It kinda tastes ok but me and my wife feel awful after eating the pizza. The soup is poor and has a weird funk. Bathrooms were subpar as well. I think I have food poisening… never going back.

PROCEEDWITHCAUTION! This place is just OK, I had better. Be CAREFUL! You may end up not feeling good after eating here!!! MYORDER: I ordered the New York Cheesesteak pizza and had 2 tap beers(Four Peaks Kilt Lifter) Free mini cheese sticks PROS: Location, especially if you’re staying at the Springhill Suites, or need to do errands. Service was top notch The micro beer on top was good. CONS: I was served FREE mini cheese bread, which looked and tasted like it came out of a microwave The aftermath… Overall, I gave this place 2 stars. I liked the waitress and the service was great. However, I did not take well to the food here and ended up being sick for most of the night. I don’t know if this was triggered by this place, or something in the pizza… I never had issues with pizza and beer before eating here. That being said, I’m not saying I was food poisoned, but after getting those microwaved mini cheese sticks, who knows what’s going on behind close doors… I also got some local intel on this place, and I was told about going here for my first time visit in Prescott, as a «rookie mistake» I guess this place has a reputation? Overall, I gave this place 2 stars, for service being great, but minus one star for microwaved mini cheese sticks, and minus 2 stars for ending up praying to the porcelain god all night! So, PROCEEEDWITHCAUTION!

Good lord the management Jeff Lakowski is the most angriest, hypersensitive, and pathetic excuse of a manager. A couple of his staff made minor mistakes like putting mushrooms on a pizza. But when you have an allergy to mushrooms it is important to take note of that. When I addressed the issue with Jeff he was so combative. I will never eat here and feel badly that the staff has a manager that will thrown then under t’s bus and yell at his customers. Ps the food is bland and wings do not have wing sauce they’re a «rub» and taste gross.

This is an amazing place. The antipasta salad is fabulous. I also love their gluten free pizzas. By far favorite place. The staff are very friendly and we have a favorite waiter we like. Highly recommend this place to everyone

Absolute worst service imaginable. At least for us. Sat there for 10 minutes waiting for server. Another customer comes in 10 minutes later and the server went straight to them. Needless to say, no more pizza from that place! Not like it’s the only Italian restaurant in town. Try La Bruzza’s.

This place has very personable staff. The antipasto salad is the bomb. I’m on a strict gluten free lifestyle and their gluten free pizza is great. I’ve been coming here quite a bit lately.

I’m not a fan of this place. The food quality was decent, seating is tight and service is fairly slow. It’s times like this that I wish we had a Native New Yorker up here.
