Yogurt is really expensive. No one was here and I can see why. Décor is really weird and doesn’t make sense.

Oh, man! As a small business owner myself I hate writing a bad review on Unilocal, but I had such a bad experience that I feel others should know about it. I see from other reviews that there is new ownership — it doesn’t seem to have helped the customer service any. The guy working there when we went in last week(I think he’s the owner) was rude and obnoxious. Not just to me, I saw him treating other patrons there poorly as well. Meanwhile, the yogurt is BLAH to say the least and it’s expensive.

Several flavors and a great variety of toppings is what you would expect at a build-your-own yogurt shop, and you won’t be disappointed here. The flavors I have tried have been outstanding. I’m not a huge toppings fans but they seemed to have everything you could think of. The service is very friendly – free samples are available. The place is kept very clean. They seem to do it all right. Yogartz, however, has a few things going for it that put it a bit above the other shops in my book. Their yogurt is high quality and has live cultures, which is not the case with all the other local shops. They have a filtered water cooler with cups instead of a fountain. They have a touchless hand santitizer station for patrons The décor is much better than the plastic fast-food style of most shops. The colors are warm, with nice art on the wall. The lighting is subtle, yet adequate. The chairs are comfortable. All this gives a very relaxed and soothing feel. They even have a cubby with a couple of plush chairs to sit and relax at. You could basically say this is a bit of an upscale shop. I like the difference. - I you feel this review is Useful, Funny, or Cool, please check the boxes below. Thanks.

I just ate lunch next door and wanted dessert but was really disappointed in the taste of their yogurt. I tried two samples but didn’t get anything. It definitely has some fake sweeteners in it. It’s that gross taste and after taste that’s really bad. Don’t go there!!! I’m wondering why no one has written a review since 2012.

This place used to be legit until the owners sold it just a few months back. Now, to cut costs and increase profit margins, the new owner has switched over to using cheaper mixes which all taste bland. I used to go in here quite a bit… not anymore though.

Fantastic Yogurt. This summer we’ve been traveling all around and been to many serve your own yogurt places, finding most to be icy and unsatisfying. Yogurtz has been the welcome exception. We were even more enthusiastic when we found out it is locally owned and all the yogurt is made on-site with their own recipes!

Always clean. Usually quiet. And I am always greeted and offered help if need be. They offer samples to taste the flavors. I think the toppings bar sneeze guard needs to be higher or something it’s hard to get what you want when it’s in the middle and your arm only reaches so far but the sneeze guard comes out to far. The sell full throttle! *high five *. For 1.99 $ too. They also have coffee. This place is great for a quick healthy cool lunch or snack. Several flavors and varieties. Like sherbets and froze yogurt. Fresh fruit and candy for toppings. Even hot toppings! From a double boiler not the microwave!

Delicious yogurts, really sweet ownership, and well priced! Self serve awesomeness.

We have noticed lately that the Stevia offerings are down to just one. This offers us a wider choice of flavors, which is an improvement. And the music seems to be at a lower volume than a while back, making the experience more enjoyable for this middle-aged couple. EDIT: My original review was incorrect in referring to their Stevia sweetener as artificial. Ignorance on my part.

I’ve gone here several times and have left pleased every time. It is a cute little shop, tidy, and cozy. An interesting variety of yogurt flavors — a few regular flavors and others that change weekly — as well as toppings. On tonight’s visit I was helped by a very friendly and helpful young man. I think a family runs it and by the time I left they were all out front — very kind and friendly folks. I left with yogurt and toppings for 2 for $ 6. Frozen yogurt craving: satisfied.

We really enjoyed this place. Not only do they have the(what I think is) really awesome weigh-your-food setup, but their topping choices are plentiful and the frozen yogurt itself was fantastic. I’m actually getting a craving for it just writing this. I also really liked the décor of the place. Clean and simple, but a little more upscale-looking than you’d expect in a frozen yogurt bar. Overall, I highly recommend.

Good variety of self-serve yogurt, in flavor as well as types of yogurt. Not all of the machines were operating, so they could offer more flavors/styles. Good variety of toppings from fruit to sweet sauces and pieces of candy. Very reasonable prices. Not a whole lot of seating, and the place is usually pretty full on a warm day. Clean restroom. Friendly and helpful service. Just wish they had more flavors.

Had an extremely rude lady behind the counter come over and literally push the handles up, and«remind» us to do so, BEFORE we were even finished dispensing our yogurt. We won’t be going back. *EDIT* Michael, I appreciate the apology, although I know your ownership had nothing to do with my bad experience. We will be back in Prescott in a couple of weeks and maybe we’ll give Yogartz another try. I wish you the best of luck with your business! Melisa

I just love this place. It was one of the first places I’d ever visited in Prescott and now that we live here, we go often. The staff is so friendly, the frozen yogurt is delicious, and the kids love creating their own little flavor combos, so it’s fun. Seating is very limited — but it’s not that big of a deal when you can head outside and sit in the courtyard area. Really cool place to take visiting family and friends!
