This place was the only bar in the area that catered to good music(metal, rock, industrial) since most of Prescott is all country music. Small stage but great sound. Looks to be closed permanently now, so sorry you guys didn’t make it.

We’re locals and wanted to check it out before we brought friends in. Maybe 6 people there on a Friday at 5 p.m. Asked for an Irish Coffee. She said she didn’t think they had any coffee and seemed reluctant to make it. She brought out coffee to brew but her attitude was such that we didn’t want to bother her. We left and she didn’t seem to care. We felt extremely unwelcome. I understand they may go out of business after St. Patrick’s Day. Sorry to see a local business have problems. We like to support local. But we would never go back due to the bartender.

Best bar name, EVER! Cozy bar close to the town square. Best service I received while bar hopping in Prescott. Really enjoyed the«cheap shot» selection.

We stopped here on a whim when it was raining. The crowd was different than you’d expect. Nobody was drinking! Maybe it was just the rain. At least they had a few good whiskey choices!

you people most be joking! this place is a crap hole. I love dive bars, and this is not a dive its a s%#t hole. horrible service and fruit fly’s every where. had some floating in my shot and bartender if you want to call him that didn’t really care. I guess when your in the middle of the desert you don’t care that much. the bands here are terrible, its a poor excuse for a metal bar. guys go on a road trip to a big city and visit some real metal bars to get an idea of what you should be doing

In the interest of full disclosure, I am completely biased toward the Drunken Lass. I first went in the week they opened. Mark was behind the bar. He came up and introduced himself to me and my friend and made us feel so welcome. He was genuinely glad we were there. 5 years and countless visits later it is still the same. Jersey Joe and the rest of the staff are great. So many people are repeat customers that over the years I’ve gotten to know dozens of people through good times at «The Lass.» To me, it’s the best of both worlds: the extra fun you expect of a «Whiskey Row» bar along with a large contingent of colorful locals. This is the place to go. And then there is the music. This is the ONLY place in the entire area where you can hear such an incredible range of live music. Thier website mentions Metal, Classic Rock and Rockabilly, but I’ve also seen great shows from Hard Rock, Punk, Outlaw Country, Blues, Alternative, New Folk, and others. They’ve hosted shows for signed and unsigned bands, both touring and local. The Metal shows can get loud and energetic, but are never out of control. This place is a self proclaimed«NODRAMAZONE», so ladies(or anyone else) you do not have to worry about putting up with any shenanigans. The Lass is just completely cool and so much fun. They bar has a great beer selection, all bottle/can, wines and a decent selection of regular and premium spirits. I’ve never asked for a drink they couldn’t make, including some self created concoctions. They have an outdoor patio out back with either heaters or a fire pit for year around use and smoking Happy Hour: 3−6pm Mon-Fri 2FOR1 Domestic Beer & Well Drinks Wed: Open Mic night Thur: Karaōke Fri/Sat: Live Music - I you feel this review is Useful, Funny, or Cool, please check the boxes below. Love this place! Fantastic live music and the bartender was really friendly, super fast, and able to keep the very inebriated under control. We had a great time. I really wish this place was packed because they deserve it!

This place was stupidly crowded when we went – could barely get in the door! It was probably 10-ish on a Saturday night. The moral of the story is to go a bit earlier if you fancy a seat. Despite that, I was able to wiggle my way over to the bar and it took me no more than 2 seconds to get eye contact from a bartender and get drinks. I love places that have that fast service even when they’re insanely busy. The drink prices were very good. They have live music all the time, and the night we went there was a cool punk rock band playing that seemed to be doing very well with the crowd. We enjoyed it and stayed longer than we otherwise would have to hear some of the tunes. I’d like to go back on a slower night and enjoy some other aspects of the place!

Like everyone else, we started on Whiskey Row. Then, we happened to walk by this place. The Fantastic Mr. «It’s Complicated» is a good Irish boy, and I most certainly was a Drunken Lass. So we decided it was obligatory to stop in. Immediately, we decided this was our favorite Prescott bar! Well priced drinks, stellar service, super comfortable and dog friendly.(Granted, lots of the bars we went to were dog friendly, but we were told this was the first in town. While we didn’t have our pooches with us, it’s REALLY good to know!) While most of the bars in downtown Prescott are Shotgun style(long and narrow), this is the one that could have been plopped down in the middle of New Orleans and blended. So to me, this bar felt like home. While it’s still fun to bar hop, and sometimes it’s also nice to be at a place that serves food during the day, this is now ranked as our number one watering hole in the old capital!

On our quest for dog friendly bars in Prescott we heard about the Drunken Lass. Our first initial impression is that it was a little dingy and divey but we had a very warm welcome from the front door bouncer and he even started the fire pit on the back patio for us. The drinks were VERY cheap, the live music was good, and the back patio was homey. Service was GREAT! The bouncer and bartender were so nice and made us feel like family. Everyone who patronized the bar was super nice too. My pup was quite popular and everyone on the back patio took turns holding him. I have a feeling the Drunken Lass is going to be our home away from home when we visit Prescott…

One of the best little bars I have been to anywhere! It is always my first stop when I am in town. Stiff drinks and a giant selection of beer, they don’t have taps but who cares when you have 30 or more beers to choose from. They have a very cool patio out back and the BBQ is going most nights with burgers and dogs. Can’t forget about the hot schoolgirl bartender on Fridays!

I started my Thursday Night Bar Hop at The Drunken Lass and it was a good place to start. It was open mike night, and there was a small, friendly crowd, overall mellow vibe. One woman did fall off her stool but after she was helped back up she, like the rest of us resumed drinking without incident. The bartender was friendly and attentive and the prices average. No beers on tap, which was a little dissapointing but as I am a little bit of a seasoned drinker, I was able to adapt. I only had a few beers here before moving on because I felt there were a lot more to see. I would be curious to see this place on a weekend, but my overall feeling is that this is a place to start your night rather than finish it. In any case, a good place to enjoy a few adult beverages.

Booze up with your dog at your side. Need I say more? Yes! I was shocked to find the best Bloody Mary I have ever had, while stopping in for pre dinner drinks with a girlfriend. Sadly, I did not get the name of the blond female whom made this perfect beverage, but please, go forth and find her. So worth it. When you are hung over, the Drunken Lass will be there for you… with your dog at your side! **dogs must be on a leash. ***Night Time Review Pending!

i like that the Bisquick now has a nice venue for open mic, but the acoustics are overwhelmingly loud for the space. seriously. the bar drinks are reasonably priced, and the environment is chill, and i really do think this place will succeed for at least a couple years. but somehow the vibe is unpleasantly dirty or something. maybe it’s just me. but i’m gonna give them four stars, because they are trying, and these reviews have power in small towns(especially the first one), and my friends deserve to have another place to sing.
