This place is a great secret. Bally men & women shoes, bags, belts, clothes.
Tip One: They don’t carry many clothes but if you are smaller in size this is a good place to pick up a piece or two.
Tip two: Shoes (women’s) if you wear large size you will have a much better chance of finding a pair of shoes. If you have avg. or small feet it will be very hit or miss.
Tip Three: Exotic Handbags our beautiful. Unlike other outlets… NV is allowed to sell exotic leathers, yes they are pricey but they are stunning. They also sell normal Bally bags. To get the most for your $$$$ get on their email list. The Bally outlet is worth the trip to Primm.

I just got back from this outlet store at the Primm Outlets and I never thought this location would have decent sales. I ended up taking home a pair of cute patent pumps for $ 97 (including tax), retail was $ 375. Although the sale price was $ 115, it was marked down a third time at the register. The total ended up being $ 97 including tax.
Great savings esp. during the holiday season. Be sure to ask the staff if there are additional markdowns. You don’t want to pass up a pair of great shoes just because the sale price is still pricey.

Being accustomed to shopping at South Coast Plaza (SCP) and dressing up to shop, it was nice to go into a shop in our 100 degree finest (tees, shorts and tong sandals) and getting attentive service.
While we shopped, friend was looking for work shoes, and 30 minutes later she was $ 118 lighter in the pocket. Retail on her shoe was originally $ 480. If you can’t do the match, she saved nearly 80%.
