Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store

The store is located inside a outlet mall. I ponder what genus placed a hole in the wall in the middle of almost no place I mean no where. After you drive a eleven-​tee-​million miles bam their it is oh good googlie mooglie where to start? The store is filled with goodies at a outlet price. The staff however have earned the store a two star rating because of their lack of professionalism and rudeness to me. They cant speak when spoken to. Cant say thank you or please. If you need something they run to get it or show you. I think because they on a camera. But other than that they really don’t wish to be bothered by you. Talking to the staff was like pulling teeth. When you wonder about the store to look and pick out items they bug you like crazy. Its like they treat you like hurry up and leave. I felt personally offended when it was all said and done. I wont be back ever that they can depend on. I may very well visit the mall but not RL.

Very nice service when I went here. The girl was prompt and very helpful without being overbearing.
I’ll probably stop here again when I’m on my way to or from Vegas.

Where do the people that work here live? Primm is a good distance away from Las Vegas. What are these associates paid? I’m just dumbfounded by this.
If you’re a F/​T associate, then you’re racking up anywhere from 300 – 400 miles a week during your commute. That would explain the less than chipper attitude of the employees here.
The selection of clothing is actually worse than what I’m used to. The store gets slammed on the weekends so sale items don’t last long here.
Don’t expect to find gems…

I finally got to use my $ 20 credit at the polo factory outlet. I guess most folks simply lost them since it seemed like months I’ve been holding onto it
The store is pretty much like other stores in terms of inventory and prices. The one thing they have that is not sold in the regular outlets is the regular light cotton t-​shirts which are actually pretty durable

Ha ha don’t make me laugh. This place sucks rocks.
