This is the subway in the gas station. Way expensive, slow service and I was charged double for the additional cheese the veggie delight is supposed to have. It’s a 5 buck sandwich, here I paid nearly 8 bucks. I recommend trying another place.

By far one of the worst subways I have been to. Super slow service. Workers look like they don’t want to working. Also they don’t substitute kids sandwich for a tuna. Yet if they run out of toys they give u something else. Anyways this place really sucks. I will never ever go to that location again. Trust me. They even run out of breads and don’t even make new batch.

HORRIBLESERVICE, MANAGER«DOUG» NOTCAPABLEOFRESOLVINGISSUES(SIMPLEMATHISSUES, EVENWITH A CALCULATOR)… $ 9.50 — $ 7.00 = $ 2.50 its that simple DOUG! SORUDEANDUNPROFESSIONAL. Not sure what the qualifications are to be a manager but they should re-evaluate him. Anyway… *On 10/11/2015 my family and I decided to get away from Vegas and drive to Primm for the day! We had such a great time shopping at the mall until THEUNPROFESSIONALISMOF A SOCALLED«MANAGER» RUINEDOURDAY! I was helped out by Brandi. She was nice and quick and neatly prepared our sandwiches. I got a 6 inch for myself and a kids meal for my son. The kid’s meal read $ 7.00 on the menu billboard. As always, my son got an apple juice for the drink(the small carton one with the straw) and a cookie. This is all part of the kids meal. When Brandi rung me up, I paid 17.29 total for the kids meal and sandwich. It wasn’t until I got to the table and saw the receipt that I realized that Brandi had charged me 7.00 for the kids meal and 2.50 for the apple juice. So in total for the kids meal she charged me 9.50 plus tax. Simple math right? I was owed 2.50 plus tax on the juice that shouldn’t of been charged. *I went back up to the Subway counter to where my sister was also paying for the kids meal for her daughter and she was charged the same thing $ 9.50 plus tax. I asked Brandi if the kids meal was 7.00. She stated yes and I showed her the receipts of where she had charged us for the juice separately. Her reply was, «oh shoot» and yelled Doug’s name. My sister reminded Brandi that Doug had just said he would be back in 10 minutes. Brandi very kindly asked us if we would mind waiting. We said yeah we’ll wait, we’ll go eat and come back. We left to sit down and ate… Doug was at La Salsa buying food for himself and Brandi(also in the same food court). I saw Doug walk back to Subway but allowed him time to go in the back and eat his lunch instead of rushing over there to get this resolved. I didn’t think it would be such a big deal being that again, all it was was refunding 2.50 each plus tax. I saw Brandi talking to Doug about it because she was pointing at our table and he looked over at us. So I was not worried at all. After a good 20 minutes I went back up there with my receipt and I asked Doug if he knew the situation. OMG… It seemed as if though he was just attacked by someone. He right away had an arrogant tone and was almost yelling. He said, «YOUAINTGETTINGNO2.50BACK, ITSONLY A DOLLARSOMETHING». I tried to calm him and told him to relax that I had not done anything nor came at him with an attitude. His unprofessionalism really caught me off guard as this was a mistake on their part. I wasn’t upset or anything because it was a SIMPLE mistake that could have SIMPLY been fixed. He decided to keep yelling that he wasn’t going to give me back the whole amount because I had already drank the juice. I told him the juice was part of the 7.00 meal. He kept saying, yeah I know but I have to charge you the difference between the big juice and the small one. I kept asking why and he just kept saying that we had already consumed it(MADENOSENSEATALL)…JUSTTHINKINGABOUTITSTILLMAKESMELAUGH because it was so simple yet he made a BIGDEAL about it, very rudely and unprofessional and looked like a complete moron. He then proceeded to get his calculator out, which didn’t help him at all because he still wasn’t understanding the concept of 9.50 minus 7.00 = 2.50. He wanted to charge me for the juice a la carte which is ridiculous ITISPARTOFTHEKIDSMEALDOUG!!! I told Doug to get another manager from the same food court that can possibly help him but he said, «IM A MANAGER». I said, «I know but you don’t know how to solve this issue and maybe someone else can help you.» After the slamming of the drawers and the«temper tantrums» he threw and messing with his calculator some more, he FINALLYGAVEUSBACKTHEREFUND!!! YAAAY! Not sure if he gave it to us because he FINALLYFIGUREDITOUTORHEJUST«WENTWITHIT»…Whatever the case was, good luck to him and this store! I will never ever, spend one penny there again!

Stay away from this place !! The prices are crazy $ 9.99 for a sandwich … Are you kidding me ??? If you want extra meat it $ 4 !!! The service was ok but someone needs to teach her how to make a sandwich Lettuce was old an dried out Tomatoes were pink and green not ripe at all… Ask for extra mayo… Got a dab of it The sandwichs were so bad we ate very little and gave the rest to our dogs . Whoever owns this Subway should be ashamed of themselves !! I will never ever stop here again when in the area… I would starve first !!

Inefficient service and the egregious markup on the prices of food here really makes this particular Subway restaurant a terrible detour for food on the way to or from Vegas. The second star is there only because the sandwich I ate was fine, but this location defies almost every expectation that most people have of Subways. By the way, if you pay by credit card, be prepared for a quick chuckle when you see a line for«gratuities» on the receipt. Maybe if the service here were more impressive.

Worst subway in my life. After waiting like half an hour in a long line I got my sandwich. The guy who was preparing the sandwich was so slow.

Not the cleanest, horrible service and overpriced. I threw away my sandwich after two bites because I was so grossed out.

$ 9.99 for a 12″ tuna sandwich?! OUCH! That’s literally about $ 3 more than what they charge in downtown LA! It was one heck of a sandwich, though! Loved it how they gave extra jalapenos and yellow peppers on my sandwich, after I asked for everything on it. This place didn’t skimp, so it was kind of worth the price. Food Grade: B Service Grade: C+ Worth the Money Grade: D Overall Impression: C+

Kind staff, delicious sub, and quick service. When you’re on a road trip, they’re all the necessary factors. I think they’re a little pricier than the regular subways. I got a foot long, 2 cookies, and a fountain drink(made it a meal) and spent $ 12+ WHAT? But oh well, the lady was nice.(vs. the Starbucks across the hall — Horrible)
