Au Courant Opticians

Had an excellent shopping experience here today. I have been in search for a nice pair of prescription glasses for some time, but nothing in this area gave me much of a variety. That is until I stubbled on Au Courant. As much as I frequent Somerset, I have never noticed that this place is there, as it’s sort of tucked in in the corner that I never pass.
The customer service, as another reviewer mentioned, is indeed excellent. What I loved most is the large variety of quality high-​style frames, both prescription and sunglasses. I doubt there is a person who couldn’t find a perfect pair here.
Their glasses are obviously not cheap and the lenses they offer are high quality, so the whole package is going to cost you. But you can count on the quality and the fact that whatever you get here, is going to be something you enjoy wearing for a long time to come.

This store is the reason to buy at locally-​owned retails establishments. Customer service here is their top priority and it shows. I bought a pair of Mont Blanc sunglasses years ago and it needed a repair. Rather than just send me off to the manufacturer on my own, the owner repaired it himself and handed them back to me the next day good as new. Please support local businesses and Au Courant in particular.
