Extremely disappointed with this location. was advertising a vitamin sale both in store and online. I got to this store and there was a banner in the window advertising this same sale. Prior to coming to the store, I found my vitamins online and confirmed the price as both«in store and online» and for both«members and non-members.» When I got to the store, I didn’t see the sale price listed on these vitamins on the shelf(again, the banner in the window advertised the $ 14.99 vitamin sale). I asked the guy there(presumably the owner) and he said, «oh, I’m not participating,» threw in some bit about having to cover his costs, and then offered to sell them to me for $ 30+(like this was some kind of deal)?!? If protecting profit margins is of such great concern, it is generally not best practice to advertise sales(in your own window) for incentive programs when you are not participating.
