The lack of signs and directions for this trail made it really hard to find, first of all, and secondly, really hard to navigate. I felt like my friend and I were walking in circles. The only semi exciting part was the wooden bridge that crossed a little creek. But once you cross the bridge, you’ll find… nothing. The other side of the bridge was made of a dead end with a few bushes and rocks. So what’s the point of the bridge? Otherwise, I will agree with the other reviews: the preserve is pretty and if you’re into getting lost in the woods, this place is for you.

Incredibly gorgeous nature preserve completely overlooked in Princeton! Dense forest with well established hardwoods and pines. Humongous trees, seem to have been spared the wrath of Sandy. Clear, well maintained trails which interlock in a meandering grid. Marshy areas as well, rivers, creeks, and wildlife observation points. Quiet, with minimal traffic, all polite and keeping after their dogs. Simply the best!
