my other church. i’ve been going here regularly since i was about 12. my friend turned me onto this place and i thank him every time i step into the solitude that is this little wooded gem. great trails and hardly anyone knows about it or goes there. THANKGOD! i almost feel guilty blabbing about it. it really has it all– deep woods, fields, lakes, some really cool glacial rock features, and lots of wildlife the only downside– the god damned über wealthy that build their disgusting mega mansions along the reserve’s borders. i’m talking homes with like 30,000 sq. feet. how many lives could be made better by diverting the cost of a 3 car garage to a shelter or cancer research. PIGS! i was coming here before the adjacent properties were developed and i’m going to keep coming here and stare into your giant sized picture windows while you stuff your fat faces. and i’ll do it while swigging gruet champagne right from the bottle. i love that stuff! i don’t know where all that came from, but i feel better. maybe because now i’m thinking about gruet…
