Solid UPS Store, one of two in Princeton(the other being on Nassau St.). This one is in the courtyard of the Princeton Shopping Center next to Ten Thousand Villages. I went here to pick up my computer, which was delivered here after I was not home to sign for it at my residence. Employee was very friendly, courteous, and helpful and I was out in no time. Store seemed very nicely maintained and they have all the usual boxes and packaging accessories. I would definitely consider returning next time I need to mail a package.

I always have problems with this store. The manager is never helpful, quite the opposite. Today I went to have a document notarized. On the form instead of notary it read ‘witness’. The manager insisted that she was not a witness, but a notary. I told her that that is where they instructed that I have it notarized. Finally she agreed, but not without objection. They won’t let me pick up my husband’s packages even though I am listed as a household member and eligible recipient on our UPS MyChoice account. This is because we don’t have the same last name. So archaic. Also, for all charges under $ 5 you have to have cash. What? At a liquor store, I understand, but at a UPS store? I’ve had this problem twice now. When I tell them I have to go to the ATM, they tell me I can’t leave. Though I don’t feel entrapped, I find this odd because I don’t know how they expect to get paid by keeping me inside the store. This place is ridiculous. Drive to Nassau Street!

I needed to ship a complete set of dishes, along with some other fragile and precious items, from Princeton to California. Jayshree Patel the manager did a fantastic job of packing them, everything wrapped, then encased in bubble wrap, then groups of four wrapped in bubble wrap again, all encased(of course) in peanuts. She tried to talk me into sending by air(less bouncing) but I wasn’t in a rush so I went for the less expensive option by truck. The way she packed them, that box could have fallen off the truck at 60 mph and still nothing would have broken. I really appreciated the care she took with this job, and highly recommend this UPS location. Its only problem is it’s a bit hard to find; you have to drive around the back of the shopping center and then walk in to the middle. So ask for directions before you go. Otherwise, an excellent choice if you need to have something wrapped, boxed, and shipped.
