Lovely to see a restaurant of a higher caliber in the neighborhood. Very cozy and warm inside on a cold winter night. I would call the décor industrial rustic. The pizzas are coal oven fired and super thin, and a nice size for the price. Most people were eating the whole pizza, so it depends on your appetite level. I had the brussel sprouts starter and it was divine! Roasted brussels and pancetta on a white bean purée with olive oil. It was really good quality olive oil. Just the right portion for one; too small for 2 unless you eat like birds. I then had the lamb sausage pizza — earthy lamb crumbles, roasted shallots, fresh mozzarella, mint, and grated grana padano cheese, if I remember correctly. Very elevated ingredients and definitely worth the $ 15 price tag. Service was spot-on, welcoming, quick, and they were refilling my water before I could even ask. The entire staff was male with the exception of the bus girl — thought that kind of strange. Gave it a bit of a Bedstuy hipster vibe but not overwhelmingly douchey. There is a security guard, as people mentioned. Kind of odd and off-putting unless you know the area and the«characters» that roam Flatbush at night. The $ 12 drink prices are why this place is getting 4 stars. That’s a little steep for this area, especially since the gentrification is still happening(as evidenced by the majority white crowd). I would love to see this place become something that EVERYONE in the neighborhood could enjoy!

Great new local bar. The ambiance is welcoming and the staff is very knowledgeable about the cocktail selection. My friend and I enjoyed the pizza as well! Would recommend a d go again!
