This place does not give the appearance that the food is going to be good. It’s dated, small and a little dingy. BUT quality and consistency is delivered every time. I have been going there for maybe 20 years. Even after living in NYC and having Chinese takeout all the time, this place has my favorite fried rice of all. Spring rolls are delish. I know there is another Chinese restaurant that opened a couple years ago in prospect and I tried it to see how much better it was. Hands down, family owned and operated panda china wins.
