Sorry to say that this place has steadily gone downhill in the last year. You’d think that a place with 600 sq feet of area would be easy to serve, but they continually let down. I hate it, because this place used to be great.

Their bubble tea and smoothies are amazing! My favorites are definitely the passion fruit bubble tea and the strawberry and pineapple smoothies. I initially thought I wasn’t going to like the tapioca balls that they add but I loved them! In terms of their food, I wasn’t a fan of their fried rice, mainly because it lacked flavor but I do recommend their spring rolls.

I can’t speak for the in-restaurant dining experience, but this is some of the best Chinese takeout I’ve had in recent memory. Steaming hot food delivered fast, big portions and great flavor. The sesame chicken, garlic eggplant and lo mein are family favorites. Surprisingly good for this small part of Louisville. We’ve already gotten takeout from here several times since moving to town and we will definitely be back.

When you first walk in, the tables are all crowded together and there is barely any room to walk. There is no hostess podium so you kinda just have to stand at the front looking stupid until someone comes to seat you. My family was sat at the table at the very front, and as soon as people walked through the door it was absolutely freezing. The table placements are very idiotic. The portion size is decent, the lo mein is different but I enjoyed it. The fried rice wasn’t very«fried» and tasted horrible. I ordered the sesame chicken which was alright compared to other Chinese places. The service is absolutely horrible. They neglect to come over and check how you’re doing. They only talk to you to take your order and give you the check. Would be amazing if they were just more organized and had more friendly faces. Food is alright, it is just the rice I disliked. I would recommend a takeout, since find in services are unsatisfactory.

Not too many nice Chinese bistros in Metro Louisville, and this place is nice and clean. Sushi is a nice addition. Try the Angry Dragon roll.

It’s pretty good. I ordered the Chicken Lo Mein and it did not visually look at all like what you expect Lo Mein to look like but it was really good. I will say the portion size is really small for the price. I’ts overpriced and small portions, so that’s not that cool. Otherwise not so bad. Probably one of the better places I’ve found in Louisville. Still on a search for the real deal Chinese food place, that has normal duck sauce and not packaged stuff. Bogus!

Awesome food and awesome service. Get the crab rangoons, they are the best I have ever had. The spring rolls were on point. The beef with garlic sauce was excellent. I will definitely be back.

Wonderful place, dont listen to the very few negative reviews down below. I am a very frequent customer and have NEVER had an issue, even after the change in management. Service, food, and atmosphere is always fantastic and authentic. The chefs are great, along with the servers, and hosts. All of the food is great, especially the pineapple chicken, bourbon chicken, and Mongolian beef. Never had a bad experience at this local bistro, and doubt I ever will.

We had an order delivered. Steamed dumplings were excellent. More like a pot sticker than a dumpling, but the dough was perfect and the filling very tasty. We also ordered garlic chicken, beef & broccoli and happy family. All served with brown rice. Each dish had an excellent ratio of beef/chicken/shrimp to vegetables. Each dish had its own unique flavor. Each dish delicious. The food was delivered within 30 minutes and served piping hot. I would absolutely recommend Tea Station. If we were locals this would be out go-to Chinese Restaurant. As good as it gets.

Worst experience ever X2. First had dinner at the restaurant. After them serving us food full or salt and almost throwing up the«very rude lady at front desk» said SORRY having issues with our pans. Very frustrating that it was served. Manager gave a gift card Try again they say. Just got back from our carry out to only find that the only was only half there. Again lady said well we tried. Whoever brought this to keep it alive should have saved thief money. And fire the rude lady up front she can’t keep herself organize much less that front of house.

When it’s the only option I guess this place is alright for bubble tea. The staff didn’t really know what their product was when you started asking questions about the teas. Turns out they use Jasmine green tea as a base which can over power the mixed in flavors.

The food is wonderful here. Hot and sour soup is delish. It is rather pricey but going during lunchtime does help with that. The lunch menu is limited but they just expanded their menu to include just about everything so just ask.

Dinner with friends this evening — made a reservation through Open Table and they had a reserved table for us. Standard Chinese menu options but all were delicious and plentiful. Choice or white, brown or fried rice. Service was fast and efficient but we did not feel rushed as we talked and caught up with each other. Prices are reasonable though understandably higher then take out Norton Commons is a great neighbor hood and invites an after dinner stroll on a nice evening

New ownership and the last time we were there they told us that our four year old would have to buy full sized meal, they removed the kid’s half sizes! This makes it not so family friendly in a neighborhood restaurant which to me is poor business. We haven’t been since and doubt we go back unless they become more family friendly.

I am a creature of habit, hot and sour soup and Hunan or Kung Pao Chicken. I love all three and the ability to have a 1 minute drive to a great Chinese restaurant. I just ordered for the first time to have delivered to me house and if this goes over well I will probably be eating Tea Station 5 days a week. If you are out in Norton Commons and love some Chinese food you can’t go wrong with this selection.

Food was pretty good but it was nothing exceptional. I enjoyed my king pao shrimp but I was surprised to find that it was mediocre because it was pretty pricey for a small portion of food. was satisfied with the prompt and attentive service. I recommend the egg rolls and orange chicken.

Food was really good. Service was good. Prices are a little steep. I had the pineapple chicken and brown rice. It was really good. It came in a roasted pineapple shell nice production. My friend had sesame chicken and really enjoyed it. I drank tea and he had water. It came with rice of your choice, but check was $ 30+ change for Sunday lunch.

We live in the neighborhood and have dined here three times. As much as a want to love he place, I have been really disappointed in the service the last two times which keeps us from going back. Just slow and inattentive. The food is quite good, with the except of the sushi we had at our last visit. I found it to be not fresh tasting at all which was a big let down. I recommend the spicy beef dish.

My wife and I had lunch here on Saturday for the first time and I have to say we were very impressed. It was a pleasant day so we sat outside. The service was a bit slow but, we ordered and got our meals in a reasonable time. I ordered the Garlic Chicken and my wife ordered the Chicken with vegetables. Both were served with our request for the option of fried rice. The portions were so big that we had to get a take home box. The meals were delicious and we can’t wait to go back soon.
