Argh Prospect Starbucks! You wear me the heck out. You get my chai right only ½ of the time lately. I have to physically park my car walk in and look for the ONE guy who makes it correctly. If he isn’t there it is a crap shoot. And there is a itchbay girl that works here that could care less if your order is correct. She is so damn condescending when you go to her when it is wrong. It is just a fake smile and that tone of voice. You know the one. Gah! So annoying. Please get it right and if not, stick to the Starbucks promise and make it over without having to deal with the RBF. Ok? Kthxbi!

Coffee great as always, staff is new and dis-​jointed it seems and under-​trained. The patio area outside would be really cool if it was clean and organized. The inside is just okay for meetings. Hoping the attention to detail improves soon.

After multiple visits and being disappointed with driver thru times. Have to say this was one of the worst for speed. Now it’s one of the best! Job well done Prospect Starbucks.

The staff here always seems so aggravated. Not friendly at all. And my drinks are always so poorly made! Time after time my drink sucks!

Simply the best coffee shop in town. The baristas and regulars are more like friends… although some have their quirks! The dynamic between the two is unique and there’s no way to explain it unless you live it. Love the people of Prospect Starbucks.
This location is brand new and, as such, is equipped with the industry’s finest appliances.

One of the nicest Starbucks I’ve ever been into very well done very nicely decorated appropriated with many seats so there’s never going to be a seating issue also has a large patio with multiple tables. Long-​overdue replacing the other location it was next to the Kroger this location 4 to 5 times bigger.
