My mother made a reservation for a truck on April 28,2015 and the store put it in for March 28,2015…the lady from the store called her to ask about the reservation for today… which was made in Error and my Mom explained it was the wrong date and the lady said it’s in the computer for today. My Mom politely asked her to change it. She agreed… before she hung up she sad «Bitch» and we heard you on speaker! I going to tell every review site and everyone I know about this poor disrespectful customer service!!! Tip for the day before you call somebody a «Bitch» hang up the phone Genius!

Great customer service. I actually booked for Aubrey and I meant to book this location as it was more convenient. They were able to transfer the order immediately. Super friendly and helpful. Would recommend to all!
