My review for DCI aka Décor Craft Inc. aka DCi Product:( ) I can just state the facts that I showed them an idea for a product and they signed a non disclosure agreement on it. They said they were interested and kept stringing me along for 1 year. They would not answer phone calls after they asked me to send them a sample. At one point when I called they threatened to not make the product because I called them once every two weeks. After 1 year, they sent an email saying they were not interested in the product. Fast forward a year and some change and I am in an Office Max and lo and behold — the product idea I showed them being sold by their company. I contacted them about it and they said it was a mistake and they were sorry and they would try to compensate me. After 3 months of trying to get a hold of them and several different explanations of what has happened, it is now their opinion that they did nothing wrong. Be careful with these people. I had a horrific experience with them and they treated me poorly until the very last day. When you call them, they ask you what company you are with because I guess they only answer calls from companies and not individuals. Even if you’re with a company, you’re likely to get the response that they’re not in the office. I would highly recommend if you have a similar problem, call the FTC and file a complaint. 1−877-FTC-HELP(1−877−382−4357). The more they have on record, the more can be done about it.
