I want to love this place, but after a handful of times inside, I just can’t. The idea of the store is really cute, but the store itself is unorganized and does not have all that many items for sale. Last time I went in I was hoping to purchase a few birthday cards, but I found the selection a little weak. While some of the products are of good quality, they are also way more expensive than I am willing to pay. The owner is also a little standoffish. Again, I’ve wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, but I’ve had a few awkward encounters now, so I can’t just throw it up to a bad day anymore.

This is the best paper store. They carry cute cards and gifts and the lovely proprietor is flat out the most talented designer I’ve met. And she loves dogs.

A beautiful shop with beautiful items — on the pricer side, yes, but their stock consists of good-quality stationery and invitations brands like Crane, and gifty things like cell phone cases, ceramic platters and writing instruments. Most of the items can be personalized, too — notecards, invitations and the like. The store itself is a little nook tucked in next to a florist on Hope Street. The staff is friendly, helpful and the displays are lovely. If you love stationery, you will go nuts for this shop.
