Honestly, this Dunk isn’t the greatest but it’s not the worst, either. I’ve never been disappointed with my orders there, though they do seem a little understaffed in the morning when they’re trying to get through the massive drive-​thru line coming in from Broad Street.
Parking is relatively easy, so if the drive-​thru is crazy, I recommend doing that. However, getting out of the parking lot is a bit of a pain, because it’s relatively narrow, the drive-​thru goes right through the parking lot, and everyone tries to get out at the same time. This is probably the worst possible place to have a bad parking lot situation because no one is awake enough to prevent accidents.
Also, the people who work here are very direct to a point of seeming a little curt, but I think this is another symptom of the store needing a couple more people on hand in the mornings.

I went through drive through put in my order, first was told it back wrong, had to correct the person twice, then drove up & could see through the window a young man clearly high as hell putting & dropping munchkins into a box. Then saw me walked over to the window & stated «you wanted 25 munchkins right?» I at this point told him No that was not my order… I continued to tell him what it was… Oh this was the other person… at this point I just took off… terrible experience ever… I was surprised because it’s usually not that bad but I always go in the morning or afternoon not at 9:30pm…Never again
