Ppl here seem to be rude and have zero customer service. With this«black lives matter» talk going on, who would want to visit this place. That employee should be fired

This is my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts in Providence. They are open late unlike most downcity, and their staff is always so friendly and personable! Definitely recommend if you need your Dunkin’ fix on the hill :)

I stopped here on the way to work, but wasn’t really impressed with the place. The two ladies working spoke little English and didn’t seem to care that I’d even walked in the door. Won’t visit the place again.

This little Dunkin’ Donuts has got it all. I don’t love this chain of restaurants, primarily because I have a gluten allergy and the only thing I can eat there, and shouldn’t, is the hash browns. But there are two reasons that this DD stands out among the rest: Natasha and Svetlana. These two employees work every weekday morning, and not only do they know everyone’s name, they know everyone’s coffee order! I get an iced coffee most weekday mornings, not because I can justify the cost, but because it’s always nice to start my day interacting with this team. They work with a supervisor, whose name I believe is Jamie, and he’s great as well. As someone with an MBA, I’m impressed with how well this Dunk is run – not a moment is wasted, and everyone is treated kindly. Natasha says without fail, «Good morning, iced coffee or hot chocolate?» Both I order custom-made, but they know the recipe. Depending on my order, Svetlana has it ready to go very quickly, and it’s almost always exactly the way I like it. Maybe once it was off, early on? I don’t even have to request it anymore. In the meantime, Jamie(?) takes care of all the cooking. He’s expedient and he gets every order correct without fail. What’s most impressive is that they do order after order, incredibly quickly, and with no error. They know everyone’s name and order! If you’re looking for a friendly and familiar«hello» and you’re in the neighborhood, consider switching to this coffee shop. This team deserves a shout-out. I don’t know if corporate reads these reviews, but the weekday morning team of this little Dunkin’ Donuts deserves a gold star. What’s most impressive about this team is that this Dunkin’ can get very busy, but they keep the line moving. This Dunkin’ should be the standard that all the others in the area benchmark their own practices against.

It’s a Dunkin Donuts. I just happen to be able to pretty much see it from my apartment, which is why when I’m under duress to get a cup of coffee super quick(aka i haven’t dressed warmly enough, I need to be on the road in 2 minutes, I had a pot i made already and don’t want to make another, among my other excuses when i trot here) I’ll walk here instead of one of the more civilized options that are still relatively close by. I’ve never encountered a wait, and there aren’t creepy people always inside which is a nice change for a city fast food joint.

Pretty standard DD, which still puts it light years ahead of anything in Denver. This DD is an easy walk from the Providence Hilton. The only downside to this location was quite a few flies had found their way in out of the cold.
