This review doesn’t apply to any of the employees or service at the location.
I work nearby and when I am feeling patient come here. There is consistently a long line at this location no matter what time of day, weekday or weekend. Expect to wait between ten & twenty minutes just to place an order.
Location is severely understaffed (two employees to service a line of twenty plus people makes no sense) and management/​corporate should really take that into consideration with such high foot traffic in the mall.

Highland Park, NJ
This mall Dunkin is kind of sad. My ice tea was perfectly adequate, but the girl working there seemed way more interested in chatting with her friends hanging out at the counter than actually making my tea. The product was fine, just low marks for poor service.
