Service & food not consistent Sometimes the staff are polite and efficient and sometimes not. Like this went thru drive thru and before I could get the order out of my mouth the worker was repeating it back incorrectly. When I corrected her she laughed. I was then served NOT extremely hot coffee. I have complained about this before and told by a worker in front of the shift manager that the drive thru crew does not fully shut the carafes and this causes the coffee to cool down. I have been served like warm coffee by another shift manager who couldn’t comprehend that if the outside of the Styrofoam cup is cool the coffee inside is also cool. i have also been told by drive thru workers that it’s not a bakery when I asked for a muffin they didn’t carry. Hmmmmmm?

This location is not reliable. Some days, I receive the most friendly, lovely service. Other days, I leave frustrated and wondering if I even need coffee at all. I’ve had times where my coffee was remade a couple times due to either it being cold or not being prepared as requested. I even had a girl once argue with me, saying that a latte and a cappuccino are the same. Ummm hello? You have a sign explaining the differences. They are most definitely not the same. This is why I invest the extra dollar or two and just go to Starbucks. If it weren’t for the iPhone app that gives me lots of points and rewards, I wouldn’t visit dunkin at all.

This location can get a bit busy, or at least the drive through does. However, I go out of my way to go to this location. I think it is the best in Providence for no real reason other than the fact they actually have simple syrup and don’t use sugar packets in ice tea. It makes a difference. Also, the service is also polite. I have yet to have them get my order wrong.

This is your average coffee and donuts chain. They have coffee(hot and iced), donuts, muffins, bagels, and breakfast sandwiches. They now offer, at least in Rhode Island, Dunkin Dark which is just their dark roast and is actually very good. They do offer some healthy options such as the sausage and egg white flat bread, which is satisfying and much better for you than a bagel. They have seasonal items such a coolattas in the summer and mohca drinks in the winter, but I never order those because they are LOADED with sugar. If you are looking for something quick and convenient any time of the day that’s not bad, this is the place.
