Geo and my realtor Chris Dallas were godsends when I moved to Providence. I was coming from the Southeast, couldn’t be in Providence much, and they really took care of me like family. Chris showed me a range of properties, gave insight about different areas, all of which I now know to be true a few years later. I ultimately ended up buying a fixer-​upper on the east side, not always a realtor’s favorite choice, but he was incredibly enthusiastic about it. His skills at evaluating the place were better than the official inspection! He even urged me to go for an extra parking space in my contract so that I could get a roommate which has been such a life-​saver considering there is no overnight parking on the streets. Their kindness in closing without my presence was the cherry on top! I’ll definitely be using them to sell my place, now worth tremendously more, when I leave Providence in a few years.
