I ordered four lobster for New Years Eve. One arrived without a claw and barely moving. One was dead. By the time we cooked them two of the Lobster were dead. Making our dinner party for four not a success. I contacted the company and Andrew offered to send us two lobster as long as we paid for the shipping. Our shipping for the original order was $ 55. So a agreed to the replacement shipment. I received a last minute email from Andrew saying the charge would be $ 79. When I questioned the difference he send me a rude email. When I sent him a copy of my first order showing the shipping cost of $ 55 he sent me another not so nice email and threatened to cancel my order(Valentine’s Day delivery) if I didn’t commit ASAP. I would not recommend this company or Andrew to anyone and I will not. Harassing honest people is not a good way to run a company and his bait and switch showed the true colors of this company.

It’;s been a year or two since we ordered lobsters… now I remember the reason, We ordered lobster tails for a family Christmas and one parent took the kids to McDonald’s so they weren’t hungry! No, my wife isn’t going to forgive them. So we ordered two tails, mussels and lobster. Lobsters were great and fresh tasting and sweet and so were the mussels. Only mistake, we should have ordered 6 or 8 tails and made the most of shipping… Great taste of New England delivered to Wisconsin — so far still no lobsters in Lake Michigan but we keep hoping. Meanwhile, we will rely on .

I had a near perfect experience with my lobster order. The only reason it wasn’t a perfect perfect experience was completely out of their control. I originally ordered 4x 2lbs lobster to be delivered on New Year’s Eve 2013. The online ordering process went flawlessly and I received confirmation and regular status communication about my order. When it became apparent that the holiday storms wrecking havoc with delivery schedules, the company contacted me and asked me what I wanted to do. I took the offer of gift certificates. 7 months later I went on line to order the lobsters for a 4th of July party and the system remembered that I had gift certificates and applied the credit automatically. The lobsters arrived in perfect condition. They were still alive and very feisty. My party guests were very complimentary with many comments on how succulent the lobsters were.(I followed the included boiling instructions). I even took all the leftover carapace and shells and made lobster bisque the next day. :-) These guys are my new favorite lobster delivery service and I will be ordering from again.

DONOT buy gift certificates from this company. They have no date when they expire on them and they will not honor some I have worth 100’s of dollars. We are going to the attorney generals office and the BBB to report them. THISISNOTANHONORABLE company. Stay away!!!

The initial order confirmation that is emailed to you does not include address and order was wrong and shipped to wrong address. Despite a couple phone calls that seemed to go well and confirming the correct info, lobsters were still shipped to the wrong place over 2,000 miles away. After notifying the company, their customer service on the other end was unhelpful, no refunds issued despite mistakes by their staff. Extremely poor service, would not recommend.
