Meh I’ve been… this past summer as part of a «pizza tour» my friends and I did for fun once… err twice. Not the worst, but not the best. Service was meh, similar to other places in RI, pizza was meh, definitely no Fellinis. We walked in to what seemed to have been the owner looking over the books, she didn’t look happy and didn’t make a secret of it. Our presence was like«eh hey, here’s your pizza, have a nice life… or whatever». Not conducive to the most wonderful impression.

I cannot get enough of this pizza. I am there at least 3 times a week for their 2 for $ 5 lunch special. Great customer service, great environment and absolutely amazing pizza. I love Napolitano’s!

4 words, Fortune Cookie Ice Cream. There aren’t enough words to describe how good this home made ice cream is. If you’ve tried their ice cream you know. If you haven’t then I honestly don’t know what you are doing with your life.

They custom made pasta dishes for my wife and I that were not on the menu and they were fantastic! The Penne Ala Vodka and Chicken Florentine were something out of a 5 star Italian restaurant not a place with a «Brooklyn Pizza» sign out front. Service was fast and I cannot recommend then enough!

Exactly what the restaurant name says: Brooklyn style pizza(and garlic knots). We’ve tried many places in East Bay, but this comes closest to the kind of pizza we grew up with on Long Island. I just regret it’s not in our town!

Order was completely burnt! Owner refused to remake. Always loved this place until now. Never ordering from here again

My family and I order from here at least once a week, and never have had a complaint. Today we order a pizza, garlic knots, and a meatball sandwich. The garlic knots where burnt on both side, and the meatball was dry and over cooked. They added extra sauce to try and cover it up, but before even taking a bite you could see it was burnt. We called and sent picture of the food, and the owner and lady working the phones seemed not to care. They both were rude in the response, that they are to busy right now, and that’s just how they serve them both. As I said this wasn’t our first time ordering from them, so we could def, tell the difference, but because of the true rude nature of their response it will be the last time we ever order from them!

Actual NYC style pizza in RI? I was so pleased to find this place when I moved back to RI from NY. I could close my eyes while eating this and pretend to still be back in my apartment in Queens, but that would be weird. Anyway, I love this place. Pizza only comes in one size, as it should, and the crust is chewy and crunchy and fold-able. The mushrooms are amazing. I don’t know what they do to them, but they’re delicious. I’ve also had the stromboli, calzone, and zucchini sticks, which were all great. The eggplant parm is out of this world — thinly sliced eggplant, with just the right amount of cheese and sauce and NOSEEDS. The bread is tasty too. Can’t say enough good things about this place — happy to have found it!

Strangely enough, this location opened up right before I moved from Cranston to Providence, so it’s perfect! This pizza is no joke. Nice, large pices of NY style pizza that’s perfectly foldable. I’d suggest you get the mushroom pizza; not sure what they do to the mushrooms, but they’re really tasty. Other foods here are fabulous too, like the calzones. They’re the size of a dinner plate, so be sure to share or be super hungry. Also ask for extra sauce if you’re like me(they only provide one cup). Also garlic knots — Enough said. Plus, they deliver($ 15 min)! It’s a nice touch considering that some of the other top-tier pizza places in Providence don’t deliver. So it’s, no surprise that I’d give this location a 5-star review too.

Ordered half margarita and half BBQ chicken. 2 chances to be great pizza. Both of which turned our stomach. Garlic cheese fries look better in the picture. Completely unimpressed and will not return. Threw away money because we threw away the food.

Hands down the best garlic knots I’ve ever had. I also had the Luna pie which was huge and delicious!

Since my last review its still a hit or miss and getting an email from Unilocal flouting pizza. The salads are great, the Anitpasto is my favorite although sometimes not enough Romaine and you have to ask for anchovies and then get charged for something that should be there, right? The burger I had was not as hot as my delicious garlic fries and quickly got another one, which was good, but bland and a bit dry. Next the calzone, which was tasty but the dough, was burnt, and inside it was undercooked, a bit on the thick side and not as temperature hot again, the dough filling ratio way off, by a quarter mile but in the end their saving grace is excellent sauce, excellent customer service. The chicken parm is excellent, yet again tiny bit dry but the sauce saves the day the dough over all is very fresh tasting unfortunately what goes on it ends up being salty. Overall eat everything on the menu and pick your favorite poison,

Do you live in Providence? Are you in your PJs hoping to find a decent place to deliver delicious pizza to you? Look no further. This place is LEGIT. They deliver to all of Providence, make the best thin crust you’ll find north of NYC, and do it quickly. Also, garlic knots. Do it.

I’m not afraid or ashamed to say it — I’m a pizza snob. OK? But, so far, Napolitano’s Brooklyn Pizza is the best pizza I’ve found in Providence, albeit not my perfect pie(it gets pretty close though!!!). I’ve enjoyed a pie from this place twice — once to sit down and once delivered.(I think it’s dope that they deliver to the East Side, FYI.) I will tell you about both of them separately now: 1) Dine-In — The décor is a little confusing because it has a lot of wine theming but they do not serve any. Luckily, Napolitano’s is a BYOB establishment, something I only know because I asked! We ordered the Margherita, which is a specialty pie, and I definitely preferred this one over the regular pie I got delivered(see #2). The doughiness of the crust soaks up the juiciness of the fresh tomatoes — add in that fresh basil and you are actually in Italian heaven. Capisce? I think it’s about $ 17 which seems steep for a pizza but it’s a specialty pie and it’s HUGE. Like, ate until I thought I was going to explode and we still had enough for leftovers. The staff seemed to be busy with pick-ups and orders but we never felt ignored. They were nice and it wasn’t a long wait or anything. The dining area was practically empty. I get the sense they do more pick up orders than actual seated guests. It’s casual and nice though if you’re looking for something easy and delicious on the Hill. 2) Delivery — Our order arrived quicker than I thought it would, which is always a plus. Again, I love that they deliver to the East Side because it’s not a trek but it’s kind of a trek. We ordered just a regular pie, half mushrooms & olives, half anchovies. They were a little skimpy on the anchovies but that’s ok with me because I find them gross(haha!). While I loved the sauce on the Margherita, I felt as though our regular pie could’ve used a bit more of it. Way too much cheese and bread. I don’t like when my dough is chewy, I like when it has a bit of a crunch/bite to it, so that was a little disappointing, because I remember the Margherita pie to be a bit thinner. This sounds like I didn’t enjoy it — I actually did very much but would prefer to order a specialty pie next time, due to the discrepancy in flavor. Although, I would very well order the regular pie again if I could perhaps purchase some marinara on the side and turn this into a dipping experience… I just blew my own mind.

The staff is super friendly. They have a very small parking lot but any parking is a plus in the hill. The thin crust is really, really tasty. I had a slice of cheese while I waited for a sheet of Sicilian style pizza. The Sicilian style was just okay. The dough/sauce/cheese ratio is way off. I know it is supposed to be thick but it’s too thick and dry and severely lacking cheese. I love cheese so it was disappointing. We all agreed it was just okay. I would definitely go back for the yummy thin crust though.

Honestly, the food here is A1. I’ve eaten here several times within the last month or so and have had the Pizza, a humongous Calzone and the best BBQ Bacon Burger with Garlic Fries that I have ever had. Fresh homemade ingredients, a friendly staff and just great tasting food is how I’d sum it up. Can’t go wrong here!

Delicious Hanging around on The Hill a couple of weeks ago and a friend told us that that Napolitano’s opened a new location nearby. Having tried their original location, we gave it a shot. Good choice, this is an outstanding product and size of the pizza is enormous. Quality and quantity, tough to beat. Very authentic but also unique Italian thin crust pizza, top quality toppings, and a super hot oven to cook the dough properly. Tip: 5 dollar lunch special, 2 giant slices with a soda, plenty of food I wish I lived closer to order delivery. Thanks

I’m not a pizza snob. I like all styles of pizza, whether it be New Haven style, Chicago deep dish, Neapolitan, Providence grilled, Ohio squares, or a New York slice. At the end of the day, pizza is Carbs + Toppings, and it’s pretty hard to argue with the serotonin spike my brain registers when I eat carbs. Anyhoo, Napolitano’s Brooklyn Pizza is a faithful rendition of a New York slice and because it’s made fresh to order, it tastes better than a lot of the other pizza parlors in town. The crust is both crispy and chewy, the mozzarella is house made, the toppings are decent and do not overwhelm the crust which is gently charred and maintains its crispiness and chewiness as a good NY slice would. Would I go back? Yes. Am I daydreaming about it like I occasionally do for my fave Brooklyn pizza joint? Not really, tho I may have a nagging thought to betray my health kick if I’m nearby. Napolitano’s is even more attractive since I can score a deal currently. 4 stars, glad to have this place a nearby option.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would… The best pizza place in New England! The boardwalk pizza is amazing. Can’t go wrong with the margarita either. If you are a plain jane go with cheese, they have all the toppings you need if you are selective

What a great experience with delivery. Delicious big pie and a large salad. Delivery driver was a nice young woman, who was thankful and appreciative. Crispy crust and crisp lettuce. Came on time. What else can you ask for?!
