Delicious greasy pepperoni pizza. Goes great with an order of fries :) Sandwiches and subs are also great!

This place is great. Everything I have ordered from then, and it’s been a lot, is delicious. The buffalo chicken pizza is my favorite. It’s spicy without being overwhelming and the blue cheese dressing they give on the side is out of this world. I would highly recommend trying that pizza if not for the blue cheese dressing alone. My other favorite dish is the chicken souvlaki dinner. The mix of chicken of vegetables I’d always cooked to perfection and has the right seasoning. The sauce has the right the right tang to it that is missing from many other souvlaki dishes I’ve tried.

This is a great little authentic Greek Pizza place. I love the specialty pizzas! I am also a big fan of their wraps! Pizzeria Gusto is also great with catering. I ordered here today for a group of 25 and they did an amazing job. Food was hot, salad was beautiful– all of my customers loved it. And– they delivered. Great place. Oh– don’t forget to try the homemade Baklava!

Each time I go, this place grows on me even more. For a greasy pizza night, it is the perfect place. Their buffalo chicken fingers and fries are pretty good as well. FYI They are open on Sundays now too.

Reliable neighborhood place to order pizza from. God knows there are ample options on Federal hill and we have tried them all. This place cares about getting your order right and getting it to you on time. Fans of Bobby and Timmy’s will rage against me– this is not grilled or gourmet pizza– we are talking apples and oranges. For really good Greek pizza with fast and friendly delivery, this is your place.

While it’s true — the pizza here is VERY greasy… A few pats of a napkin later, and you’ve got yourself a great flavored/textured pizza. Everything else we’ve had here is great(from burgers to the Greek salads. It’s been a while since I’ve been — but love this neighborhood place.

I’ve gotten take out from here numerous times, but tonight I was sorely disappointed. I ordered the Athens burger, first of all, they must’ve run out of buns because what I got were two dinner rolls, split in half and toasted. I guess bread is bread, but when you get a burger, you want the right buns! It came with two patties, which were nothing more than your cheap skinny frozen burgers, and barely there feta cheese. It was not a good burger at all.

My favorite pizza place in the city. My favorite is the Athena pizza. The guys who work here are always so friendly

Pretty much trash. 2.2 out of ten, went at 1:30AM and got two slices pepperoni for five bucks. Soggy crust and poor quality sauce and cheese. Not greasy just bad. I’d rather have a good frozen pizza, but not by much; Celeste rates at 1.0 on my scale.

Awesome, greasy, round crust Greek pizza. Really good stuff, and exactly the kind of stuff I remember eating as a kid. Nice guys, and good prices. Hits the spot. My only gripe is that when you call food in, their timing is ALWAYS off. When they say 10 minutes, it takes 20. It’s just frustrating, because I’m usually on a break and trying to get my food quick. And when I time the walk and it’s off by 10 minutes, it just throws things off. More accuracy on the time of orders, and this place would be completely perfect.

Ok so I was initially wanted to give them a bad review because of how long I waited for my pizza. They ended up explaining why it took so long and I got a free pizza so I can’t really be too upset. The pizza is delicious and I’ve ordered from them a lot without an issue so I will just chaulk it up to that. :)

Like the RI political machine, the pizza at Gusto is greasy. According to a 2003 rating from the Richardson International Grease Scale, Gusto’s pizza earned a greasiness factor of 8.7 out of 10, which is very high. If you’re into it, their pizza is pretty solid and reasonably-priced, and they have a bunch of sandwich options. HOTTIP: They also make spanikopita. It’s not the traditional kind your yiayia used to make, but it’s basically a delicious spinach calzone.

Theres been a new owner /manager since September named Dimitri, he knows his pizza and subs pretty well. They have a huge burger with egg bacon and all the works on it for like 6 $ and cheap slices for those looking for a quick bite. Sometimes when i wake up late i’ll order a fresh bacon /sausage egg an cheese sub or omelette hot off the grill. doesn’t get fresher than that for a breakfast sandwich on the west side.

Since i work on Broadway 5 days a week, i was looking for a quick lunch that wasnt that expensive. and then pizzeria gusto walked into my life lol. They had delivered menus to the near by businesses and i happened to order a turkey club wrap and that was the beginning of our love affrair lol. I’ve ordered a variety of things from here, and i normally walk over to pick them up. The salads are delicious and the portions are great and the price is what i think is reasonable. The wraps have never failed to disappoint. They’re pack filled with yumminess and for 6 or 7 bucks you can’t beat that. The pizza i’m told is fantastic and usually around 10 bucks. i can’t attest to it since i’ve never had it, but i’ve heard good things. The staff is super friendly and always smiling. I’m not positive but it looks like it’s family owned and the couple who owns it are gems. Although i’ve never utilized the seating there, there are a few tables to sit down and relax while your waiting or if you want ot eat there. Seasonally they also have outdoor seating along Broadway. Considering it’s on the hill, the food is fabulous, and reasonably priced, you can’t beat it. Def my go to lunch place :)

We’ve ordered pizza for take-out at Pizzeria Gusto on 2 occasions since it is the closest pizzeria to our apartment. The first time, we ordered Tex Mex, and it would possibly have been ok if it wasn’t drenched with BBQ sauce. Hence, the pizza was so saucy and soggy that it was hardly edible. We thought that perhaps, we didn’t like the pizza because we felt too adventurous and made a bad order. On the second occasion, we ordered the Mediterranean, and it looked pretty good. However, it didn’t taste fully cooked, and it was soggy. Even the dough tasted soggy and not fully cooked. Again, we’re not a fan. This review is only based upon our assessment of the pizza. Please don’t order pizza here unless you’re desperate and have no expectations. Domino’s far surpasses this joint as far as taste and affordability, especially with the midweek deals. Even better is Tomato City off of Branch Ave in North Providence, which used to be around the corner from our old place. The pizza there is very fresh, and every one of our experiences there was a positive one.

Small storefront on Broadway. But I’ve only experienced the delivery option. We had the garden salad(iceberg lettue and not much else… disappointment). Also had the Aegan Chicken pie — chicken sausage with tomato, fennel and rosemary. It was quite good and smelled amazing. Also tatsted great reheated the next day. I would order from there again both for proximity to home, but also for the delicious pie.

This review is only for their pizza. I stopped in here for a cheese slice one day and based on that once slice, I certainly wouldn’t try them for pizza. I consider pizza its own special food group and there’s a compartment in my stomach separately for pizza. The taste of this pizza reminded me of frozen or the kind you get a Chuck E Cheese. It had a soft and doughy crust. Actually it reminded me of Boboli crust. Sauce was a little sweet and there was too much for my taste. The slice wasn’t piping hot, just kinda lukewarm. It looked like there was drippy oil on top(not saying this is a bad thing) and when I went to blot it off, not much oil came off. However, the cheese still strangely shiny(remember, the cheese was cooled and not boiling hot). Why was it so shiny? What is in that cheese?

This place is on my corner and one day I was waiting for the bus and decided to see what their pizza was like, so I just got a plain slice. Big mistake. First off, the guy said it was still hot so I just paid, took it and left. When I went to eat the slice, less than 3 minutes later, it was cold. Not ice cold but definitely cold like it hadn’t been cooked within the past hour. There was way too much sauce, so much so that I was unsure of the actual amount of cheese(if any) on the pizza because I could really only see sauce. Crust was doughy, which I’m normally into, but it was unremarkable at best. I definitely won’t be back.
