Pizza Hut

When I picked up my pizza, I paid for it and brought it to the car. Excited to eat I took a peek before exiting the parking lot. Upon opening the box I noticed a heaping mound of spinach thrown on top like a laundry pile on the floor. Unsatisfied, I went back in, showed the people working the counter and asked if it was normal for their food to look this way. They said that’s how it comes. When I asked for a refund or exchange they said they could take the pizza back but not give me a refund. It Didn’t make sense for me just to have paid $ 16 for them to throw a pizza away so I brought it home to see if it tasted as bad as it looked since I couldn’t get my money back or my money’s worth. So I rake the piles of spinach off the pizza like leaves in the autumn and attempt to bite the slice. The soggy bottom crust folded like a wet paper bag. My first bite and every bite after proceeded to taste the same way that my 5 year old pit bull smells after not having a bath for a few weeks in the summer. Not particularly something I like my pizza to taste like especially when the intended flavors are chicken and bacon. It was at this point I realized my instinct was right. This pizza definitely tasted as bad as it looked. So Now I’m writing this article, still with the bad taste in my mouth, looking at 7 and ⁷⁄₈ slices of pizza that I spent 16 bucks on that tastes like my dog. I used to work at Pizza Hut so I know it’s not gourmet food but I also know it isn’t difficult to make a quality pizza or atleast give decent customer service to make up for poor quality of standard. I’ve done it. And not for nothing but I could tell before I even left it was going to be less than enjoyable that’s why I asked for a refund. Just shows that this branch of Pizza Hut doesn’t care about its customers. Next time I’ll pay the extra money and order Vasilio’s where they care about their food and patrons and I suggest everyone else do the same.

My daughter started this review ^^ and I might as well roll with it. I love Pizza Hut, I really love the Pizza bar, but now they have stopped doing it!
I order take delivery from here for work. The chicken wings are bomb, and the Pizza, well you know the pizza! It’s pretty tasty for a chain restaurant. Never short on the caloric intake.
Not my favorite location, but the staff is nice, and central located for delivery.

Ordered pizza on Super Bowl Sunday. I got the garlic knots pizza with ham and pineapple. Also decided to order wings and the chocolate chip cookie. But I received the brownie instead. When I called to ask about that they said oh sorry we were suppose to call and tell you that we ran out. If that was the situation, then I wouldn’t have ordered the cookie in the first place. As soon as the sales associate told me that, she hung up the phone before even giving me a chance to say something.
On to the food itself, it seemed like the pizza crust was raw. It was floppy and pretty pale. The boneless wings were literally chicken nuggets tossed in a little bit of barbecue sauce. The brownie that I did not order was very soft and seemed undercooked as well.
I know it’s super bowl Sunday but I waited an hour and 30 minutes for my food. I expect the quality to be up to par if the wait time is that long.
Overall service sucked and food wasn’t cooked properly. Yeah it’s super bowl Sunday but they should of been expected the higher amount of orders and maintained quality of their food.

If your looking for Pizza Hut this place hits the spot! The manager is really nice knowledgeable and really cares about his employees. We ordered for pick up and everything was done in 15 mins! The cashier forgot to give us our breadsticks so we called when we got home and the manager was really nice and understanding. We liked it so much we ordered twice in 3 days! The employees are nice too and really try to give you the best deal possible. Way better prices than dominos or poppa johns! I can’t say much for delivery however because they are out of our area (2.5 miles away) and the drink fridge was looking a little low on their selection… Otherwise great!

I live at smith street. I don’t usually order Pizza Hut. When I order it doesn’t surprise me average pizza.
