The mimosa is the only reason I give this 2 stars & the really nice receptionst. They did a lousy job on a blowout & curl. my hair was frizzy. never again

I came in on a Saturday morning to get my hair curled, the Acela, at 10:00 am. I was extremely unhappy with my hair, and I was headed to my bridal shower. I had to rush home, brush it all out and redo it myself. I curl my hair all the time, but thought why not get pampered instead on this day. I was expecting to be there for the 20 minutes that was promised and I was there for almost an hour, panicking on time. I booked the Acela so I wouldn’t have to rush off to the event. When Nancy asked what style I wanted I referenced one of the choices off the website and she had no idea what I was talking about, took an hour to «curl» my hair and doused it in hairspray, so much that my whole head was crunchy. When I got home I was so upset that I wasted $ 30.00 on something that was half done, rushed, and in all honesty looked awful. I brushed it out, used my curling wand and rushed off to my shower which I was late to.

I happened upon this place because I drove by and I am so glad I did! I have gotten my hair blown out before but this was by far the best I have ever had! Even better then NYC or Miami. I had my hair done for an event and Martha did exactly what I asked and I loved it! Definitely going back and have already told a bunch of people about this place!
