This Subway is located in the Food Court area. I got there around 11:20, so early, no wait. A nice lady behind the counter took my order and prepared my sandwich. She was very meticulous, cutting the original 12″ loaf into 2 precise halves. I commented on how good of a job she did and she smiled. I ordered the Oven roasted chicken sandwich. She asked me if I wanted my chicken warm and I said yes, and the bread toasted. She asked what cheese and I said, no Cheese. She was very pleasant and very polite. As I approached the register, the lady at the register was busy cleaning up, so the lady who prepared my sandwich rang me up, again, with a nice smile. Very good staff, very good sandwich. I would go back.

Subway is mediocre at best, but this Subway in particular was just plain terrible. They said they ran out of the 9 grain oat bread and I looked and told them there is one right behind you in the bread warmer. They had no idea, they never even looked. Then they made my sub, turkey and ham no cheese, put cheese on it and tried to toast it. I reaffirmed my desire for no cheese, then they toasted. I asked for onions, jalapeños and lettuce and she completely forgot the jalapeños that I had to reminder her to put them. I was wrung up without the cashier even speaking to me and then while I waited for the girl to cut and wrap my sub she decided to talk with her co workers for a minute or two before she even wrapped my sub. Meanwhile, I was just sitting there waiting to grab my sub. A terrible experience for a mediocre chain restaurant and not someplace I would ever go again simply because of the service.

The checkout girl didn’t look at me once.(she was also on her phone) i said thank you and she rolled her eyes. she probably had a really bad day. but don’t take it out on your customers they will stay up all night wondering what they did wrong. just joking… okay i’m done with the review now.

I got a 6″ spicy Italian with my subway points(50 points) and walked back to my office to find out I had the wrong sandwich in my bag. Called and talked to the owner TAWAB. He accused me, the customer, of taking the wrong order, when it was the employee that handed it to me. He asked me to come back next day and he would add my points back and give a free 6″ spicy Italian after much arguing with him. He was very unpleasant and unprofessional with me. The next day, no apologies and instead of giving me my 50 points he ONLY added 4 points to my subway card. Love the subway sandwiches but the service at this location deserve no stars. No customer service there.

Right in the food court at the mall, super convenient for a shopping break. With their great deals like all the other subways, and the food was served quickly even with a decent size line. The crew working was great and kept the line moving. A basic food court option buy in my opinion, you can’t really go wrong with Subway.

Food court Subway but the quality is consistent with most Subways I have eaten from. They are efficient and friendly enough and seem to be well stocked each time I go. They don’t have free refills on the soda which is kind of cheap but otherwise this place is just as good as any when you need a quick lunch.
