It won’t be long before this place earns 5 stars from everyone who visits. Currently it is under new management who are amazing!!! Any help that you need is instant from the staff who are incredibly friendly. They can’t do enough to help you. They are also working hard to upgrade and refurbish the entire property following the previous poor management. The rooms are enormous and extremely comfortable. The beds are also very, very comfortable and the shower/bath is great. As travellers, Wifi is extremely important for us. The Wifi at Harbor Hill was brilliant. Great hot tubs and we used them even though it was in the middle of winter. We didn’t use the Webber grills but they all looked brand new. The views from the multiple balconies are almost too beautiful to describe. Even though it was winter and parking in Provence Town was easy we still chose to walk into town each day as it was so close and the walk(there are a number of different ways that you can do this) is beautiful. If I ever get the opportunity to visit again(I’m from Australia) I would definitely stay here.

The new HH in Town is new and improved and looking good. Just returned from a week having an absolutely wonderful time. The unit I was in, blg. 7, was very spacious(not quite the usual town style), comfortable, had all kitchen basics I needed, fireplace I used every night, very soundproof(could only hear people walking orcas. upstairs), and very insulated! I can imagine the wintertimes there are warm and snuggley. The folks in the office are absolutely wonderful, helpful, and very willing to go that extra mile. The guys on the hill are hard working, friendly, and very helpful. ONLY negatives for us… which are very doable… very little parking, snug spaces and not visitor parking available, carpeting prob. needs replacing… on it’s last legs, and bed/couches could be more comfortable for sure. All in all, with the comforting environment of the whole place, I had a wonderful time and can easily give the new HH a 5 star!!!

Thank you to the amazing staff at this wonderful lovely Inn for finding my purse with everything important in it. And, thank you taking the time and effort to find me and return my it to me. You even charged my phone! I feel very blessed.

I don’t know if the previous people stayed at the same Harbor Hill in Provincetown, MA that I did, but we just returned from a vacation there and left 3 days early because the unit in which we stayed was nothing short of disgusting! As you walked in, there was a deoderizing odor that permeated the unit as if they were trying to cover up another odor. The accordian blinds were broken and dirty. The carpeting was filthy. The kitchen and bathroom needed a complete remodeling. On top of it all, there is no air conditioning. Even though it was the 2nd week of June, it still hit in the 80’s and was hot and humid, and the lack of air conditioning made it pretty uncomfortable – I could just imagine what it is like in July and August! Also, I couldn’t get a cell phone signal in the unit. I guess that being the only timeshare in the heart of P-town, people are willing to go in with lower expectations and standards.

We stayed at Harbor Hill and had a nice time. It’s a charming place despite the fact that the carpet, TV and appliances in the unit were a little old. It’s close to the main downtown area, but far enough away to be out of all the hustle and bustle. My only problem was with the WiFi internet connection. I really needed to do some work and it was impossible to get a descent connection inside the unit. Outside, sitting at a table, the connection was fine. There were no AC outlets outside to plug into, however.

The first thing you see when you get out of the car are the tons of winding paths and staircases. I don’t know how many condos there are, but they each have their own entry/escape route which creates this sort of elf city effect, with everyone scampering up 4 flights of stairs to climb into their own hidey hole. Once you get in it’s somewhat sound proof, and it’s clean, but what completed the effect of total escape was the fireplace. The working, heat you up, put on some Al Greene and join me on my bear skin rug, fireplace. You had to use duraflame logs, but we discovered the crackling and color flame ones; fun! The condo was well kept, clean and had all the necessities(oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, washer/dryer). The electronics were a little out of date, but there were 2 tv’s, a DVD/VCR player, and a radio. The internet didn’t work in our condo, which was probably for the best, but a little annoying.
