Extremely happy with the service we received from Heath. We had several things that needed fixed at my mother’s house. Heath was great at handling issues that became bigger problems than first expected. He explained things as he went along so that we understood what the exact problems were and how he was going to fix them. Never felt that we were being told anything but the truth which is sometimes a fear when it comes to service techs. Completely professional, friendly, and efficient. Drain Surgeons are our forever go to company the next time we have the need for plumbing services.

Great Company! They came right out when my toilet backed up and told me what was wrong, fixed it and charged me less than I expected! I would highly recommend!

Worthless. They were 2 hours late. Couldn’t fix the problem (but told me to just go to home depot and they will get me the right part) and then charged me a service call fee. Won’t ever be calling them again.
