Wish I could give ZERO stars for how awful this KFC/A&W is! I swear. Hope it burns down…

What has happened to the KFC we all know and love? I don’t believe «The Colonel» would put up with this crap if he was still alive. The food is still ok, but it’s getting expensive for what it is. Are they not letting the chicken’s mature? The pieces I got were half the size of what I consider normal. I know items get forgotten sometimes but I pay for the extra biscuit every time and never get it! Yes yes, it’s only .69 cents but today my coleslaw was missing too. You see they draw you in with the chicken then screw you on the rest.
