Once upon a time when I was a student, this was ‘the’ place to go to at the Cougereat. Yeah, I know… salad, really? It’s the wrap we’re focusing on here, though, one of the greatest inventions ever, along with velcro, parrots, and whoopee cushions. Be sure to get this: ***CAESARWRAP — Lettuce, Grilled Chicken, Tomatoes, Swiss Cheese, Roasted Asiago Cheese Croutons, Caesar Dressing The foundation is the chewy and refreshing red(tomato) or green(spinach) wrap(either will do), the hearty grilled chicken, finely diced juicy tomatoes, fresh crispy lettuce, and the dressing(be sure to ask for one scoop caesar, one scoop ranch – it must be properly sauced), but what really puts it through the roof is the delectable shredded swiss cheese(I know, swiss cheese cheese can be shredded?!) – make sure you ask for extra. And the croutons provide that perfect hearty crunch that completes the wrap. Look, I’m not much of a salad guy – I prefer hot, savory lunches. But I would seriously take this over a big juicy steak any day. No joke. To be properly enjoyed, must be accompanied by a medium Razzmatazz from the Jamba Juice down the hall.
