We had a great experience with their sales and service. Repairs done quickly at a great price and by very courteous and professional staff. Dave especially was very knowledgable and helpful in getting my bike up and running. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before we left. We will be coming to Mad Dogs for sure anytime we need anything done on our bikes.

This place is overpriced and not very professional. I waited forever to get help with a tube because they are behind the counter and you need someone to help with them. I was sold the wrong size tube and told it would be fine, for $ 10. Tube popped one day later, and employee didn’t give me a receipt to return it.
I went to canyon cycles and got first class service, and the right sized tube for my bike for $ 4. Mad dog is a rip off

Best bike shop in town by far. I have had repairs and service on my bike from most of the local shops. Only the Provo Mad Dog Cycles has met my expectations every time. The shop has a cool feel and the staff is really down to earth. They are friendly, give great recommendations, and have helped me out with directions to local trails etc. This is the place to go for all your biking needs.

Way friendly and very knowledgeable about bikes. Very straight up and honest about service. They definitely have the experience to deal with anything bike related. Highly recommended and great customer service.
