I served my LDS mission in Monterrey, Mexico so you can imagine my excitement when I saw the infamous Cerro de la Silla profile on the side of the Pico Norte food truck! Of course my next thought was, «please let them taste as good as I remember.» Once I actually tried the tacos I felt like I was back in Mexico eating tacos at a roadside stand like I had done so many times before! They were delicious. The meat is well seasoned, the tortillas are perfectly authentic, and the salsas are spot on. These guys have nailed the classic northern Mexican tacos. Thanks for bringing one of my favorite parts of Mexico up to Happy Valley!
