SwampTech Swamp Cooler Service

I have a rental property in Orem and I had my brother take care of the swamp cooler to reduce the operating cost. However, every single year, we had one problem or the other. So I always had to call Swamptech to fix it. After a few years, I finally wised up and decided to just have Jake take care of it and got a service contract. Every spring and fall, he e-​mails me for the upcoming service, and I give my tenant’s info. He contacts them for an appointment and it’s been working great without any problem. I would’ve saved more if I had him take care of it every season.
Recently, my tenant contacted me something happened to the cooler and the water was spraying everywhere. I e-​mailed him asking him to contact the tenant since I didn’t know what kind of problem it was. I got a text from my happy tenant who was impressed how fast he responded to her and made sure everything was going well. Since it was a Saturday night and the spraying stopped, they arranged an appointment first thing on Monday.
He is professional in both customer service and workmanship. I am so glad I found Swamptech!
