So I got a trailer hitch and wiring installed and after 2 years the wiring went out. I brought the car back and after some visits and diagnostics and parts ordered they completely took care of me and fixed the problem no questions asked. John was first rate and was on top of it. thanks guys!

Half of the staff here will be prompt and friendly with service and the other half won’t make eye contact until they pause their game on their cell phone or whatever they’re doing behind the counter. Five stars if you are with the first half and two stars if you end up with the second half.

I’ve used this particular UHaul location numerous times. The counter help has consistently been helpful, informative, and efficient. I’ve never encountered any hidden costs and my invoice is posted to my email account so I can view each line item separately.
