Have always had really good service with Washed. Like the other poster I did have a time when I got a shirt that was not ours — it was for a little girl and we have 2 boys. But that was once, and hasn’t happened for a long time, and we’ve never lost any clothes. Our clothes come back clean and folded nicely in easy plastic wrapped packages. The BEST part is: It makes it SUPER easy for our boys (10 and 8) to put their clothes away. The folks at Washed even separate the 8 and 10 year old clothes into their own piles, which is honestly a feat, because I myself have a hard time figuring out whose is whose. Washed is very convenient and I have had good response from their team, nothing like the experience of the other 1-​Star review posted.

Took my clothes, didn’t bring half of them back. Have tried to call and contact them for a week now to no avail. Always responded immediately when I requested a pick up, now I’ve tried every avenue of contact and they won’t respond. Going to the facility today. Sadly they are lacking integrity. If you want your clothes back, do not send them here. Also, the time before this I got back someone else’s clothes. Including someone’s Gross underwear.
