We live in the Prunedale area & have gone to Round table a lot! They seem to always make mistakes with our carry out orders but we give them the benefit of doubt until tonight! My husband went to pick up the pizza & upon lifting the lid, 2 slices were missing! He closed the lid quickly but not before my husband saw! They then gave us a medium pizza for the same price but it had been sitting for a while! I called the manager & she reimbursed us for the pizza but was unapologetic! We will never order from this Round Table again!!!

Thought I’d call ahead for a quick family meal. What a mistake. I waited an hour after I called in 15 mins prior. They forgot my chips that are included with a sandwich. Forgot my ranch that comes with the wings etc… Probly would of forgot the pizza if I didn’t check it. customer service was horrible!!! Only reason I left one star was that’s the only way I can leave a review! STAY away!!!

This place has really gone down hill over the years, I recently ordered a pizza and just left it there once I saw it. Horrible food for the price. Do your self a favor and either go to round table pizza in castroville or the mountain Mikes in prunedale

This Round Table has been amazing! Fast service and always exactly what we ordered. People complain about the price… That’s the cost of good ingredients! This is Round Table, not Little Caesars! Thank you to all who work at this location and I’m sorry for all the negative reviews by others.

Had more fun at the Salinas Chuck E Cheese. Plus the guy behind the counter was making a deal over my friends last name being Sanchez and him being light skinned. You have some pretty ignorant, bottom of the barrel staff working here.

So I called to order a pizza and after ordering I told her I had a coupon. «No problem you total is 47.98» what «the coupon is only 10 off» wait I’m still confused… well those are full price. I said no thank you. I drove by to on my way to get mexican and the poster on the door says 17.99 hmm. Shady

Went to dinner had some pizza and we had left overs. Asked for a box opened the box and a cockroach jumped out of the box. So gross. Walked back up to the counter and told them and all they did was give me another box. When we walked out I told them That I was very disgusted. Be careful going to this place. So gross. The boxes were sitting on the warmer that they put the pizzas that are waiting to be picked up. So check your boxes. Yuck!

Horrible. This round table has messed up our orders on several different occasions. There’re management is also very unimpressive, and not very competent. If they get your order right, and if you don’t need to talk to anyone, and you get it on a good day, it is good pizza. However, it is rare that I have ordered something and actually had a good experience with the staff.

Came in at 5:15, ordered pizza to pick up at 6:15, after my nail appt. Came back in at 6:40 — they never made my pizza. Epic fail!!!
Had to wait for them to remake my pizza…

Pros:
This is the quintessential gourmet pizza joint. I have eaten pizza here since I was a kid.
They use great ingredients, and have a varied-​enough menu to satisfy all comers. My girlfriend is vegan, and they are always good at taking special orders for us. Everything is delicious.
Cons:
Bring back the games! This place used to have a really cool arcade. Now the game area is a broom closet and salad bar. The ambiance suffers.
Suggestions:
The pizza tends to be expensive, but they do always have plenty of good coupons in circulation. Don’t be caught without a coupon.
