Little Caesars

Bought a hot and ready deep pan pizza. I asked for pepper flakes and cheese. Was told they don’t offer pepper or cheese anymore. Very disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed in little Caesars customer service. It was HORRIBLE. I called in my food 15 minutes before arriving and I ended up waiting 25 more minutes for TWO ITALIAN CHEESY BREADS. Customers walking in and out waiting at the most 2 minutes for their food. Then after 20 minutes she tells me that «someone stole one of the ones that came out of the oven.» Not once did any person that walked in order cheesy bread. Instead of lying to an angry customer, you should just be honest as I already knew she was lying to me. When I first arrived she told me its in the oven and it’ll be ready in two minutes. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Typically I won’t complain about places like this. But today was just one of those days. First of all I walk in and did not get acknowledged by anyone in the store, second one of the girls (worker) is mentioning to another girl (worker) about an issue about a customer regarding not telling them about a wait. If they must do this they need to do it away from the customers eye. Third I’ve always bought buffalo sauce from the place and today the cashier mentions that I no longer can buy some because the manager said they can’t sell it. You kidding me for a while I’ve bought buffalo sauce from this place and now I can’t? They don’t wanna make the extra cash sale? By far this was the most unprofessional visit I’ve had with this establishment. Not only I didn’t get acknowledged but the staff had a pow wow in front of customers about an issue.

This place is always busy, so don’t be surprised if you have to wait a few minutes. We call ahead and it’s ready in 10 min drive time. They sell pizza as fast as the oven can turn them out.
The 5 dollar pizza is actually pretty good! Good eats, great price, great service.

We’ll this time on Tuesday, I trying to ran it for and order crazy combo, hot & ready pizza from a young lady named Angelica whom helped me with my order. Extra butter & cheese on the breadstick and a fresh pizza and she took care of it, She did her job right. I’d go back for the service.

Waited in line for 5 minutes and the Manager was great! Gave us free crazy bread just for waiting.

Was out of (plain) cheese «hot and ready», but as promised, they were ready quickly; the pizza stayed hot in the box long after we got it home.
If you’ve ever gotten «hot and ready» this location delivers the familiar pies; meets expectations.
