Pizza Hut

Ordered online, the store called to confirm the order, exactly what was on each pizza and everything. The pizza was delivered an hour and a half later and I live about 7 min from the store. In addition to the delay in delivery, the pizza order was completely wrong. I called to let them know and they were completely rude and told me they could replace the order but they ran out of pan crust and I’d have to wait an additional hour or I can go pick up the order myself. Honestly the absolute worst Pizza Hut experience of my life!

We ordered the new garlic knot pizza and it was kinda rubbery/​doughy not enough garlic flavor!!! I would rate it a 1 star… also ordered the primo pizza and had them add mushrooms the flavor on that one is good but the pizza crust is wayyyyy to thick, I would give thus two stars! Neverending again!!!

Worst pizza place ever! Do not order from here, especially if you live within the palm court apartments. I have never dealt with so many problems from one place in my life. To say that we won’t be ordering from there is an understatement. We ordered this last time, before seven and it didn’t come until after 8… how the heck does that even happen. When we also live less than five minutes away.

Okay, pizza, just cause of the stuffed crust. If you order here in Salinas. Don’t do delivery, go and pick it up. I ordered for delivery at around 6:30 and the person on the phone said it would be delivered by 8:09, almost two hours. Just terrible. I actually got it at 8:17 PM. I guess it’s just the delivery part of it, but the pizza is okay. Not great.

Bad costumer service on the phone!!! Every time I tried to order something by phone the guy or people that answer the phone always bad attitude and start saying that the phone is breaking up, so upset about this people! (last time was Sunday September 27^th about 6:00 pm)

Ordered online at 7:15pm on a Sunday. The order confirmation said it was to be delivered by 8:20pm. Our pizza didn’t arrive until 8:55pm! And that’s after we had to call to find out why it was late. They told us when they called «5 minutes away» which actually was 10 – 15. The pizza was only warm, not hot. Very disappointed

We ordered a pizza bites with ranch crust and pepperoni and it was horrible. Dry and not good at all

Worse pizza hut experience ever! I called and ordered a pizza to be delivered. After an hour of waiting, I called back. Apparently, the pizza order never got put in. So instead of fixing their mistake, they said I would have to wait at the end of the queue. Very disappointed. Never got my pizza delivered due to their mistake. Randy the manager wasn’t helpful at all. Horrible management. For the sake of everyone, don’t go here. Little Caesars is looking good.

I ordered (or tried to order) about $ 100 worth of pizza last Saturday for delivery. The website said that I was outside of the delivery area despite the fact that I’ve ordered to my home before. It turns out that the location I wanted delivered to was on the other side of the street from the boundary. It actually takes approximately the same time to drive to either location from the restaurant. The kid that took my call had to «ask the manager,» then proceeded to say (without putting me on hold), «This guy…» I am a customer, not a «guy.» Then she came back on the line, seemed really annoyed at me and said, «Well my manager said we couldn’t do that.» I asked to speak with him so she proceeded to put me on hold, then came back on the line twice while I was waiting to speak with him – both times confused about who I was.
When the manager finally came on the line I relayed the request that I put my order in to a different address and have them drive it to my location at work. He said he would have to ask his manager… Wait, wasn’t he the manager??? A few minutes later, he came on the line and told me that they couldn’t do it. I told them I wasn’t ordering from them again, and would be calling Mountain Mikes.
Totally unprofessional behavior. I’m never using this location again.

Disappointed, advertising 11.99 large stuffed* pizza, end up paying 12.99 + plus tax. Maybe they should make some time to up date the prices. On the other end melissa should take some customer service classes. Next time ill just call in my order, if i decide to go back.

The absolute worse place to order pizza. I ordered a pizza online after a long day at 8:06pm & it was supposed to be here at 9:06. I called at 8:45 to confirm that the pizza would be here soon & was informed that my order was cancelled for no apparent reason. The guy who answered the phone said that I should have received a phone call, I never did. Worst customer service, they lost a customer because I will not order from Pizza Hut ever again!

Pizza Hut is a disgrace to this nation. They advertise a 7.99 online deal and they have never honored it. They make me sick.

I was hesitant about placing an order bc of the negative reviews; however, we wanted Pizza Hut. Thankfully, our experience here was nothing but wonderful. We placed an over-​the-​phone pick-​up order. The gentleman over the phone was extremely nice, helpful, & attentive to what I ordered (sadly, I’ve gotten some really bad customer service over the phone elsewhere & that’s why I point this out). Our 2 pizzas were ready in 20min, as they mentioned and all the extras (cheese, pepper, napkins were ready for us too!). Parking was a bit hectic bc of the Taco Bell next door and it was unfortunate that all the spots were taken! (Parked by the trash can area though! Haha) & taaa-​daaa… On our merry way out we were (:

We ordered a pizza called to see where it was at and the girl said it would arrive within minutes. It never came. I called back and guy said it was cancelled right after I ordered it. We waited over an hour and a half and then he wanted me to pay again because my credit card would lend for a day. He fought with me and was rude! Worst service ever!!!

I’ve forgotten how good pizza hut tastes! The only reason why I give it 3 stars is because there’s nothing special about a chain… But I did want to mention that I recently tried and love the cheesy bites pizza. The crust bites are covered in buttery salty goodness. The pizza comes with marinara sauce, so there’s no need to buy extra, which I was not informed of when i tried buying it. Overall, service was fast from when we called in the order and picked it up. I get their text messages for any special deals, which are sometimes hard to pass up.

Average pizza hut. Delivery was fast. Special requests were correct. Hand tossed crust was a little below par.

The food has to be ok. is a franchise after all. But the place is a dump inside, never seen anything like it before and I have provably visited every pizza hut in the Moco bay and the SF Bay.
The tables are dirty and sticky, too much cluter in their counter it looks run down they don’t want to invest even in a new mop to make the place look better. Service is your typical Salinas service… bad service with an attitude, and prices are a bit high too…
I do pitty the people that live in this town and never go to other cities… and/​or the ones that have to live here

I usually eat in here, and that’s why I don’t give this place a perfect — interior is pretty sad. Wings on Wednesday are $ 0.50, and the pasta is great.

LIARS! it’s all I have to say. I ordered a pizza and made the mistake to order a medium (online order) so, as directed by the website called right away the restaurant to change my pizza to a large, they said «no problem»
pizza arrives, I opened the large box to find a medium pizza inside.
LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE!
Poor, poor customer service, delivery guy was great but the service is going downhill and for me it just hit rock bottom.
