Wendy’s

I was so looking forward to enjoying a nice cheeseburger tonight as a special treat. I get home (3 minute drive) and to my dismay the cheese is not even melted because the burger patty is cold and tasted very old! Fries are old too. My stomach already hurts! What a way to end the weekend. I’m so bummed… and SICK. Thanks a lot jerks!

I love this Wendy’s they give me my order fast and correct everytime plus everyone that has served me is so friendly!

I give this Wendy’s 5 stars because
— as many times as I’ve been here and as many times as I’ve placed odd orders they’ve never once messed it up.
— The food is good
— you receive your food in a timely manner
— staff is friendly and polite
Also! Wendy’s has the best fast food meat!

Busy lunch time, but Angelina was polite and efficient and patient. She took the time to say, «I’ll be right with you.» The young girl at the counter before her simply turned to Angelina and said «take their order» and walked away! Angelina is a great rep for Wendy’s!

The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Every time I go the food is below par and cold. I don’t go very often but for sure I’m never going back to this place. The funny thing is Wendy’s boasts about using fresh beef and never frozen but only minutes after ordering my food it’s cold. And I’m not talking the lettuce and the tomato I’m talking the beef. Very disappointed

My straw!!! Nobody forget my straw!!! Must have a straw for my soda!!! Yup, she forgot my straw. What a sad, sad moment. Thankfully I went to eat at home and have some extra straws. Didn’t figure out my straw was missing until I got home. Waaaaaaa!!! Thankfully the service was quick and thankfully I am pretty nice or else I would probably give one star, because of my straw.

I actually love Wendy’s. However I had an awful experience here. And that’s sad because I come here a lot. But not sure I will be back for awhile. My chili was all wrong with the the texture. It tasted old and the temperature was off. Parts of it were hot an parts were cold. While stirring the chili I discovered paper of some sort. I snapped a quick photo and took it back to find out it was a packet of pepper. Yuck. If the staff is this careless what else is falling in the food they serve? Manager made excuses instead of an apology and when she pointed it out to her staff while getting my refund they all seemed to find the whole situation amusing. I’m sad this happened because I love chili from Wendy’s and some other menu items. But I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon. Bleh!

Pretty standard Wendy’s. The parking lot can be hard to get out of at times.
