The cooks at this Jack in the Box are the worst ever! We went through the drive through and ordered a fish sandwich(pretty good) BUT, the 2 grilled cheese sandwiches were ice cold(BOTH of them). They obviously grill the bread in advance and put them aside because BOTH of my grilled cheese sandwiches were made exactly the same way: 2 slices of COLD cheese between 2 slices of COLD bread! Cheese melts when grilled and American cheese is the fastest melting cheese. Since we ordered TWO grilled cheese sandwiches there is no doubt BOTH were made the same way… neither one of these sandwiches were grilled as a whole, they just appear to be grilled. Since my husband decided at the last minute to use the restroom, he told Romello who had taken our drive thru order that while he liked Romello’s positive attitude, we were disappointed that BOTH our grilled cheese sandwiches were cold. Romello seem very surprised and offered to tell the kitchen and remake them for us. While we think very highly of Romello’s astute professional demeanor(we think his manager should acknowledge him in a highly positive manner), stay away from this Jack in the Box if you are planning to eat the food here. It’s scary to even think about what other food preparation violations might be occurring at this location. I know we won’t EVERY be returning.

I appreciate the other reviews only to confirm my experiences. I visit this Jack only because it close to Where I live and it’s drive thru. Without fail they seem to always screw up my order. First few time we noticed our order was incomplete and of course were home by then. Dummy us we continue to go dive thru, but double check our order before leaving drive thru, sorry who ever is having to wait on us. PS. There slow as heck too with no courtesy.

I ordered a burger got home n there was a long hair inside my burger I called them spoke to the manager all she said was«sorry about that» I’m disgusted! Sounded like she thought it was funny like really don’t they wear hair nets if not they should. She said she could take my name down so I could go for another one tomorrow since they were closing… No thanks! I think managers name is Bridget … Unfortunately customer service is not something u can learn if u don’t have u just don’t!

Needed to use the restroom and apparently after times of coming here to use it, I was told I needed to purchase something. I wouldn’t come here at all! I simply just left. Worker said it in a rude way. The rest of the jack in the boxes are okay.

Let’s put it this way, I work by this jack in the box and when ever I’m working a closing shift, I’ll buy food somewhere else on my way into work and let it sit in the bag until I’m ready to eat it, just because this specific jack in the box sucks at making food. I’d rather eat re heated McDonald’s fries than here. None of this is exaggeration, go try it yourself if you have money to waste. 0 stars if I could I swear to you.

Love Jack-in-the-Box BUT really disappointed with this particular location’s management… I love their Breakfast Grilled Sandwich, but with no bacon and no cheese. The price is very reasonable, around $ 3,50. When I ordered, I asked they replace the bacon with an extra slice of ham and replace the cheese with and extra egg. Remove two items, add two items, not rocket science, right ?? Well, they wanted to charge me as if I had ordered the ‘normal’ sandwich(with eggs, ham, cheese ans bacon) PLUS the extra egg and slice of ham I requested, bringing the price up to around $ 4,30(!!!) I requested the price be reajusted to the original $ 3.50(or so), the manager said that would not be possible. Lousy customer service, eh ?? I thanked them for their time and left them with their sandwich… What do you think of this business practice? Not too smart, I think… Instead of ‘the customer is always right’, they prefer the ‘take of leave it’ approach.
