I really like Round Table pizza, and for the most part service is friendly and accomodating, but without exception, each time I order there is some kind of delay or mistake. This most recent purchase, I decided to get a Take n Bake as the place was busy. I was told that it would be a 15 minute wait, but that they would call my name, so I settled in to check email, etc. However, after 30 minutes I went up to check on the pizza and it had been made and placed in the refrigerated holding area for about 15 minutes. Not sure how long I would have been waiting had I not gone up to ask. There were no instructions given, so I guessed and did what I usually do for Papa Murphy’s take home pizzas. Again, I’ve liked Round Table since high school when it was one of the first pizza places here, but experiences like this one always make me hesitate going.

It’s been a while since I’ve been here. I can see why now. I always see a guy holding a sign about the lunch buffet. When i saw it, i was amazed by the lack of not only variety, but also the insufficient of quantity. It was barely enough room to fit a couple of large pizzas. Very anti climatic. The pizza was good, but it way too greasy. It’s going to be a long while before i go back.

$ 26 for a large that looks like a medium? I think NOT. And the place is so small there’s nowhere to stand while waiting in line except backed up to the front door. Also, when you order a pizza over the phone for take-out there should be a ‘Phone Order’ station so you don’t have to wait in line behind a bunch of amateurs who take 10 minutes to decide what they want while in the mean time your pizza is getting stale. Actually, the customers in line were, I’m sure, nice people and not ‘amateurs’ but they sure took a long time to order! And the pizza wasn’t stale at all… still nice and warm and delicious when we got it home… but you get the picture. When you pay that much for a large pie you should expect something more than standing in line for a not-large pizza. Make me feel like I’m not getting financially violated! Having said all that, I still have to give them credit for a delicious pizza and professional courteous service. BUT… I still ain’t never going back unless they rectify the situation with the price and the claustrophobic accommodations. I feel cheap and used. ;-)

Visit round table often during this last pregnancy(pizza craving) so we order for a quick pick up or order it right before we dine in. Service as always been great! Pizza and salad bar are the bomb every single time. PS. We ordered for delivery on a Sunday afternoon during the Bengal game on TV. They said it would be 50 min and no longer, so I excepted and they delivered in 50.

Haven’t received our pizzas yet. I’m sure they will be delicious but why is every t. v in this place playing a repetitive commercial on the floor sweeper? Definitely a trippy dining experience.

I used to come her frequency and had not visits for quite sometime, they still have lunch special $ 7.99 all you can pizza and salad bar add a drink close to $ 11.99 The pizza are all different kind not the common one, they offer the specialties and slices are very small like almost a personal size… Will not order the lunch special again or go back for lunch… they were like 8 people working the whole place was dirty, tables, bathroom, salad bar, they were to consumed with there personal conversation. I think they might have changed mangers you can tell the place went down… Recommend Pizza Factory!!!

Ok, I am not sure 3 stars = A-OK, but I give it three stars because I do believe that they have some of the best franchised pizza around. I have been living in other parts of the country for the past 15 years, so as you can tell it has been a seriously long time since I have been to a Round Table pizza. This place actually was the first place that I ate at in California as I was on the road trip. It was just by happenstance that I happened to run into this pizza place, but the kids were hungry and so was my wife and I. So, why did I give it three stars? This was really tough because believe it or not, the damn pizza tasted almost the exact same way it did over twenty years ago, which was the last time I walked into one of these pizza establishments. Granted I see that they went all modern which kinda sucked, as I seriously miss those pizza establishments where they had the wood benches. It gave it sort of an ambiance, but whatever, times have changed obviously. Anyway, I gave it three stars for the serious amount of money that the pizza was. Ok, granted I have been away, but come on. We got a medium pizza with two toppings and original crust, a fucking salad with one time to the salad bar, which BTW they asked how many times we were planning on going to the salad bar so they could charge us accordingly, and 2 small and 2 large drinks. The bill came out to over $ 35. Ya know, I always thought Pizza Hut ripped me off with their deliveries with(2) 2 liters, 2 large pizzas with 3 toppings each and bread sticks for $ 35, but I was completely shocked. A medium pizza for just under $ 15 with $ 2 worth of extra toppings. Seriously $ 17 for a medium pizza. Let me say that again… $ 17 for a medium pizza. I don’t care where someone lives. I love their pizza, but do I want to sell my freaking arm to pay for one? Ya know when you go to pizza place with the family and you order too much, you think, «How am I going to bring the rest back?» In this case, I wasn’t sure I bought enough to feed my family. Plus, I sure as hell wasn’t going to wait the next 25 min for them to cook up another one, only to find out I would then be faced with the problem of what to do with the leftovers after paying a little over $ 50 for two pizza’s. Please understand, I drove in from Texas to this being the first place in California my family stopped, and this is what I run into. Yeah, unless they get with competitors prices, I don’t think I will ever go back again. And if I have to go in there to get the prices every other pizza place offers with using coupons, then its just not worth my time, and maybe it is time for them to close up shop. Yeah, I am being a little harsh about this because I pumped up this pizza establishment to my wife for like 6 years and we go there, the pizza was bitchin’, but I am seriously glad she did not see the price tag. I seriously considered waiting on the shitter holding a bag over it to see if I would shit out gold as I figured for the dough to be that pricey, I would have had some sort of monetary value come out the other end. She would have flipped her proverbial wig. I just told her as she is next to me as I am writing this on the bed. She would have made me give it all back and get my money back if she would have known. So yeah, not a good first experience back in Cali after 10 years or so… Anyway, they have good pizza if you are willing to wait for it and pay serious amounts of dough. My personal take. Bring back the fat guy with the cheaper prices that did the commercials and actually bring back the round wood tables as well as the ambiance for the medieval times. Hell, that is where the name derived from, isn’t it? Why take the actual thing that created the name out of the store. Now it just looks like every other damn pizza hut, Little Ceasars, or Domino’s.

Appalled that our school could not get pizza delivered for our summer staff because I was told that NONE of the Round Tables deliver to the«east side»

I love the pizza from Round Table, but from that location not again. I rather go to the other side of town for Round Table. Their so call manager Espi has no customer service and is rude. They messed up on my order, and was telling me I was wrong. And the way I heard her speak to her employees, I’m glad Im not them. I would punch someone in the face if they talked to me that way and in front of others… I don’t know how they tolerate that or how she a manager there or anywhere

Ordered for carry-out 2 large pizzas and garlic bread. Once I got there the young lady that helped us I think her name was rosy was really nice and helpful. I showed her a coupon I had on for $ 5 off my order from the app snip n snap. Unfortunately the girl explained that I needed a physical coupon in order to get the $ 5 off; but she explained to me that the I could text 727 – 27 for 5 off. So in the end I got my 5 off and that was really nice off her to help out.

Worst customer service ever‼‼won’t ever go back. Went in nobody inside but my self and girlfriend we’re standing right in front ready to order the manager and staff never acknowledged us or said anything to us Completely ignored us having they’re own conversation to bussy trying to give one of the coworkers their check. They finally ask us if we’re ready to order and we did come back 25 min walk in sit down waited another 15 min for them to ignore us again and after the 15 min the manager asks one of the coworkers did they need help and they say no they just randomly walked in. Smh… When the person that said that was the«stupid teenager that helped us with our order. So she asked us «oh did you guys need help» wtf… I just said no we’re just here for our pizza 40 min after we finally get our pizza already over priced and cold and lame customer service don’t ever go there bunch of mediocre staff

I’ve ordered from here in the past and I really liked their pizza however, I ordered a pizza last night for delivery and it was a different story. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and some wings, and both were extremely salty. I did not enjoy the pizza or the wings because of how salty they were. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from this location again.

If I could add a negative star I would. 1. Cut my lip on the beer glass and the other glass that was given was also chipped and sharp. 2. Chicken wing were raw. Sent back to cook more; they came back in 40 seconds and we’re cooked but obviously by a microwave. so gross. 3. Pizza was cooked and that was about it. I think it is suppose to come with cheese? ? Went to the bathroom and haven’t been this scared to squat or be near a toilet since Tijuana border. Stay away or if you want your child to be exposed to everything at once go there.

I’ve been going to this location since I can remember. Always good service and great tasting pizza. Whether its dine in or carry out(I never use their delivery service) they’re fast and accurate with my orders. Round Table might not be the cheapest but it is the tastiest!

Used to visit this location frequently but the last time I went they put mushrooms on my pizza when I didn’t ask for them. They said they would make me another one. All they did was scrap off the mushrooms(I found a few pieces of mushrooms when I got home) and sent me home with a lukewarm pizza. Seriously? Ugh. Never going back to this location.

Well I order out this last Sunday night, 40 minute before Sunday night football, but I call them first and there were losing my connection(how that possible when its 50 yards across the street.) No big, so walk across the street to order, order medium small pepperoni(not the super mini ones) with fresh mozzarella on, they said they stop serving it(now how possible when they have artisan pizza that have that on it, ok) so I ask for extra cheese on it. Then they mischarge about wings, no big, I ask them to correct themselves; they did. Then they told 20– 25 minute wait, but it took them 35 min cause half way they forgot my bread. So I finally get home look at the pizza, pepperoni all the brunt, no extra on cheese(yes I know when regular and extra is) and what happen to the sauce; didn’t even taste it. The boneless wings; blah! The BBQ sauce need help, this ones look and felt like were like spray tan on. Might have to give Pizza Hut a try, or straw hat next time.

Hours need to updated. Sign says restaurant is open till 10 pm. Arrived at 830 and was told that dine in was closed. Not very good business practice, especially if someone was coming from the out skirts of salinas.

Absolutely the worst experience ever with Round Table… The dining room was completely full and the manager flat out refused to open the back dining room! Why… Just because she was being completely lazy and wanted to close and get out of there! NO customer service what so ever… And to top it off they have their phone ringer on so high that it blasts your ear off and they don’t answer it just because they don’t want to have to take anyone else’s order… So disgusted and absolutely appalled at this experience! I will be going to Mountain Mikes from now on…
