Dollar Tree

The store is always disorganized and dirty. However, it has everything I need for various little things I do as a teacher. :)

If, there is a zero rating, I would render it. I picked a few items. There was only one register open. There were more than 25 devoted customers were patiently waiting. I was hurry to pick up my grand daughter from her school. I locked the manager’s door, he answered the door, I asked him, if he could open another register. He said, no. I told him, this is NOT the only time I brought to your attention. Sir, look at the customers, waiting, you should come out to serve them. What’s wrong with you? I told him, this store’s success or failure depends on the valued customers. They are complaining, only one line open, wait too long. I told him, he should NOT be the store manager. I also told him, I would elevate the matter to his supervisor, and HQs for evaluation whether or not he is fit to be a store manager, staffing, operating, customers relations. I left the items on the counter, left. I will NOT recommend anyone to do shopping there.

I have shopped at many dollar tress in other states besides California. I can honestly say this is the dirtiest, nastiest one I have ever been to. Carpets are dirty, merchandise is thrown all over the floor, and you rarely can get a basket. Business management 101 should be implemented!

When I first came across this store one day in 2001, I wasn’t yet familiar with this chain, then learned that there would be one coming to Hollister later that year (I was one of the first people to work at the Hollister store). When I first entered the Salinas store, I was impressed by the selection. I still enjoy going to this store (any of these stores). This is a rather large one.

Yikes, very unorganized, store seems dirty and there never any carts available. Some occasional finds but I rather avoid this place at all cost.

I love all the stuff they have available here. That they don’t at other stores. Lots of good stuff and lines went quick. The only downside and reason for the 3 starts is that the bathroom was filthy.

I was pleasantly surprised the first time I walked into this store. They actually have a lot of good quality items and I love only paying a buck for whatever I want. I was a bit dissapointed by the cashier I had the other day — he was less than friendly. Other than that, this place is huge! Way to go, Dollar Tree!
