Jamba Juice

I’m at this location right now and it is the worst experience at a jamba juice I have ever had. The girl who took my order looked like it was soo boring to have to make drinks and it’s all gutted in the store and flies flying around everywhere gross. I will not be back ever to this location

Between this location & the other one down on S. Main, I definitely prefer this location. The staff here seems to provide faster service and is just a bit more friendly than the other location.
As a company, I love how Jamba Juice has stepped it up with their availability of acai bowls and pitaya bowls. They’re one of my favorites!
I do feel they are above average but am only rating four stars as their service wasn’t overly amazing or anything special. Overall I very well run location and as of recently have been a returning customer.

I would put 5 but I was in there the other day just ordering my typical drink & I was being helped by Alicia but as I was talking to her, her manager Leo started being inappropriate and extremely rude to her in front of me! I love Jamba Juice & will always return, however it made me feel extremely uncomfortable! I will not be returning to this location.

There machine is always broke. How am I suppose to collect points and get my $ 3 off when I need it?!?

Jamba Juice is pretty awesome! This location is good and convenient next to the mall, grocery stores, and other plazas. The customer service is good, nothing cray. As for their drinks, they are all pretty awesome, but my top faves are all of their Kale smoothies! Yes, kale. It doesn’t taste like you’re eating kale whatsoever tho! Try one! I dare you… ;-D. Another fave is their PB Chocolate Love! Yum! It’s a great dessert/​protein smoothie. I’ve also tried their juices, but I honestly didn’t like them –_​_​-​.

My first time here in a really long time and I must say a lot has changed. They have fresh squeezed juices now. Awsome!
Love how they have incorporated more veggies into thier menu.
I came in today simply for a shot of wheat grass. (Was feeling low on energy, needed a kick) The cashier/​juice dude made a little more than the oz I ordered but instead of pouring me the oz and taking the rest away he hooked me up with the rest. Cool dude if you ask me. I got 2 oz for the price of one. Whoop-​whoop!
After that I had to get a Jamba. Got myself a Berry Upbeet and my girl a Peach Mango. Shhh! I tasted hers just to see what it was like. It was delich. But mine was better. Im more of a veggies in my shakes/​smoothies kinda guy.
Best belive I’ll be coming more often…

Two locations in Salinas — and this is the better one!
This Jamba Juice can get busy during the weekends or when its warm out, but they try their best. Prices are reasonable and store is clean. AND I LOVE how water is offered to my dog when we are sitting at the tables in the front. If my dogs happy, then im happy!

Really good place. Drinks are tastey and interesting. I go here all the time. Location kinda sucks. Hard to get into the parking lot. Traffic there sucks. But the place it self is great.

Usually JJ makes me happy but today with the 20 min wait so Im going to give a 3. I got the 16 oz triple revit, and got 15! Check out my photo. Ok it’s because I waited 20, I need energy!!! Ok pips don’t come around 6 pm this location short on people. Try the triple revit booster it’s great. It’s oj/​carrot/​banana.

Been here a few times, and I always walk out satisfied. The personnel is always very friendly and energetic, even when they’re busy, they take the time to acknowledge you and assure their service to you will come soon. Hey I know they’re not octupuses, if they’re making smoothies for 2 or 3 other people there, I don’t expect to be attended to immediately, so at least being greeted and acknowledged always feels good.
On to the products. My personal favorites are Mango a Go-​Go, and Orange Dream Machine, the latter of which tastes like those awesome orange creamsicle (YUM!).
I recently tried their Sweet Belgian Waffle, and it was amazing. My buddy tried their Parmesan Pretzel and was all smiles, so there you go.

Been to this location a handful of times. Always received good customer service and a delicious beverage. Been to the South Salinas location once, and as another Unilocaler stated, this location is better. I too had some chunks of fruit/​ice that I did not heart.
Hubby and I order the no soy, nondairy juice beverages because we are trying to adopt a vegan diet and we stay away from soy as much as possible. My favorite is the Apples n Greens… my taste buds love the distinct flavor of that drink. He likes the Upbeet and «berry centric» drinks for the tartness. We are really into fresh vegetable/​fruit juice combinations and we make them at home daily. Jamba Juice is our «day off» treat where go to have someone else make our morning juice drinks. Wishing they would add more high vegetable/​low fruit options. I do the on-​line surveys and mention it there as well. Fresh veggie juicing is so damn good for you and seems to be picking up steam in the world, I’m thinking Jamba Juice will get on the train soon enough. Anyway, this is a good store with friendly/​professional employees that put out a consistently good product.

Best Jamba Juice I have been too. Employees are so friendly and cool. It feels like family members. I been there so many times the employees no my name lol. Really enjoy the Strawberry Wild. Taste so yummy. Everyone there deserves a raise.

First of all, I love Jamba Juice. In Salinas, there are two locations and this one is the better of the two. Yes, they have the same owner but I always seem to have better service at this location and better quality of smoothies — I like my smoothies to be smooth and not icy and several times in South Salinas I have had to give my smoothie back because it was chunky and icy.
Just a tip… parking is a little hectic with this being located on the corner of busy parking lot intersection. Just a heads up.

How can one go wrong at Jamba Juice. Great location, great staff. Nice store

The kids that work this jamba are super friendly and quick! I am always greeted promptly and even though they are usually really busy, I get my drink quickly and it’s always correct! This is one of the better jamba juice locations! Thanks guys for a great value and wonderful customer service!

Peanut Butter Moo’d is the bomb!

I give it 4 stars for good customer serivce. I ordered a peanut butter mood not realizing there are bananas in it. Not a fan of bananas mixed with chocolate or peanut butter. I told them I made a mistake in my order and they were nice to make me a new drink free of charge.

Only been here once, but they were so fast & friendly I’ll hit this place again. It was every thing I wanted in a Jamba Juice, and so much more.
In fact, I was so pleased w/​them that I went home & researched the company a bit: Their stock’s publicly traded (NASDAQ GM, ticker symbol JMBA), though they’ve only been a public company for a short time. Anyway, the share price & company valuation (market cap) look pretty reasonably priced, so maybe it’s time I pick up some stock in this outfit. The stock price has been beaten down a bit due to operating losses, but they have a decent balance sheet, no long-​term debt, and very aggressive expansion plans that could pay off nicely. There’s a big short-​seller interest in this stock (meaning a lot of traders are betting/​hoping the share price will move lower), but maybe the company will have a strong summer & prove those negative folks wrong. Anyway, I guess I’ll spend my next several Friday nights pouring over their financial statements and SEC filings rather than wasting time cuddling w/​the GF. I mean let’s be honest, shes not going to keep me warm @ night, whereas money is something that will definitely return my love. That was the whole point to that Dickens classic ‘A Christmas Carol,’ right?
