We made reservations to stay there in their marina for one night as we were heading to the Thousand Islands in our boat. The owner, Abe, is MORE than cordial and accommodating. When we checked in the Hubster NEEDED Coca Cola and we wiped out the 4 cans he had in the cooler. Abe offered to run to town to get us anything that we needed, and he wasn’t kidding! Some of the docks are equipment with 110 power, but no water hookups. Well, the electric was working a bit wonky and we had to actually pull out our generator for power while we were there. Our water tank got really low too… oh, did I forget to tell you that we decided to stay for TWO days instead of going to the Thousand Islands? …anyways, there were no hoses to fill us up so Abe ran into town to retrieve 10 gallons of Spring water and a 6 pack of coke, then delivered it to our dock. Yeah, above and beyond what would typically be expected. It was very busy with it being the end of salmon season. They have cabins, cottages, boats, canoes, and kayaks to rent. The entire property is kept up nicely, ver clean and safe. The coolest thing though is that you can rent the 2bedroom REALVINTAGE lighthouse to stay in. Mornings and early evenings were magical as we had coffee on our boat and watched 2 – 3 foot long salmon jumping straight out of the water all around us. We didn’t catch anything, other than an amazing relaxing experience that we will always remember. We will surely make it back there next year.
