Applebee’s

Service was great! The server was attentive and friendly. We got the Buffalo wings and salsa verde nachos. The wings were good but the nachos were alright. Not alot of toppings and mostly chips with soar cream slapped on top. Probably won’t go back unless I’m starving.

The menu is atrocious, what even is this place? I’ve never been somewhere that nothing sounded appetizing. Won’t be back.

Food was delicious. Service was fine. The glass in my food, not so much. I found two pieces of glass in my food and the manager tried to tell me it was rock salt. I told her if it was rock salt it would dissolve. I have plenty experience with dissolving substances — I work in science. She said «well I didn’t put it in my mouth, so I don’t know what it tastes like.» Lady, I can differentiate salt from glass! They were very apologetic but a bit condescending when it came to what the substance actually was. I’m glad this didn’t happen to a child or somebody with weaker teeth.

Very good food, but they’ve taken out the fried green bean appetizer — boo… :) But they’ve added garlicky green beans as a side, which we didn’t try. The hamburgers are always good, and this time I had the French onion soup, which was fine. We will be back! Our server was ok, our regular one must not be here on her shift — she is great! Anyway, molten cake is here so I’d better dig in before my husband eats it all — lol! No, he wouldn’t ever do that. See you later!

This place was actually pretty good for lunch. The steak was very well cooked and he had a great flavor the mash potato was actually good as well in the veggies were well cooked too.
It was not crowded which made our service faster and we were able to conversate better.
The server was really nice she was very polite.
Definitely a great service not expected from Applebee’s I will come back to this place for lunch with my friend again

Went into the bar and 4 of the tables were dirty. We waited 5min and the staff just kept piling dirty dishes up on them. There was another 3 tables left dirty in the main restaurant. Maybe the hostess should put her phone down and help clean some.

I come here often. I always sit at the bar and have never had a negative experience. Every bartender has greeted me and inquired about my experience. Keep up the outstanding work.

We waited in the lobby for 17 minutes when we were told there was kitchen problems and our wait would be 20 plus more minutes before we would be seated. There were approx 12 empty tables. Will not be back.

Went here for dinner. Steaks were over cooked and full of gristle. Waitress named Terrina was rude and insulting. Will never go here again. Do yourself a favor and never give them your patronage.

Worst service here so far! Very disappointed as this is my favorite restaurant that we visit frequently. First… the waiter took awhile to get to us. When he finally did he gave us a story about how he got three tables at once and that’s okay b/​c he would rather have than none. After his story we finally got our drinks and appetizers in just in time for happy hour. That part was great… but when the appetizers came out the lady asked if we needed more plates. Ummmmm… we need plates in the first place… oh and silverware would be nice. Moving past that we put our order in. Okay seemed easy until they brought out the wrong order for the 2 for $ 25. I clearly said ribs b/​c that is on the $ 25… and riblets is on the $ 20. I told him it was wrong and he seemed confused. After a discussion we just said leave it and he can correct our bill. The rest of the meals were great. Luckily the waiter was nice b/​c that is what saved his tip.

Who am I. Senior citizen and diabetic on a fixed income so every purchase price is important to me. My husband ordered and I add my soup on his order so the cost is less. When the bill came they had charged it as a separate entrée. Why do they charge more for the same bowl of soup if you get it as your only item? We had Debbie as out waitress and she was great. She replaced the original waitress who wore super heavy makeup and the first waitress put the order in incorrectly. So food good, service not so good, and management not so good because of the pricing of the soup. Since three stars was ok and it wasn’t I made it two stars.

We go here for the dinner specials for two and delightful martinis. This is the only Applebee’s location we go to. It usually has a good crowd and good service.

Food was ok, but we sat in the bar at a table and our service was absolutely terrible!!! Our server only checked on us once and brought our bill before asking us if we wanted another drink. We basically sat there being ignored. We ended up leaving and going down the road to the other Applebees by the mall where service was a lot better!

This location is always great to visit. I can’t believe that Applebee’s has the best steaks that are always consistent.

Nothing special. Food was bland. Appetizer was hot and came to the table quick. The garlic shrimp was hard to eat due to the amount of garlic on them. Overall, the waitress was friendly, table was clean when we sat fown, drinks delivered quick. Not bad but not overwhelming memorable.

Mostly we order Car Side To Go. Rarely has there been an issue. Staff is friendly and the takeout is consistent and the 2 for $ 20 is a great go-​to for days we’re both too tired to cook. During Winter my favorite thing to order is the grilled cheese and tomato soup. I DREAM about that soup…

Haven’t even been here for 5 minutes and already screwed up my in laws margarita orders. My mother in law wanted hers on the rocks with salt on the rim and my father in laws was blended with no salt and I guess mistakes happen. We told our waitress Christine and she had apologized as she doesn’t normally work the bar. However she was awesome at making sure when she got our orders she bundled them accordingly to save us money as you can pick 2 apps for 9.99 or 3 for 13.99 and any additional for $ 3 per extra app.
Anyway on to the food… We order some the Boneless Buffalo Wings and Mozzarella sticks from the ½ off happy hour menu (3−6pm and again from 9pm-​close). The buffalo wings tasted like they were frozen, fried, and smothered in the buffalo sauce. Not bad if you’re lazy and don’t want to do it at home. The mozz. sticks were good, better than most places. Nice and gooey inside and the marinara dip that came with it was good too. Then we ordered the Pico De Gallo brisket nachos and they were delicious except for the «Fake queso blanco cheese» that was drizzled on it. I would have preferred melted pepper jack cheese personally. We also got the potstickers which were good, but they were micro sized and not stuffed with enough meat as I would have thought. The saving grace was the peanut and teriyaki sauces that came with it. However the romaine lettuce garnish was a bit much you would think you were getting a potsticker salad. We also got the fried green beans which were the highlight of the whole appetizer bonanza dinner. It comes with a side of ranch, but recommend getting blu cheese if you’re into that, brought it up a couple notches. The green beans themselves looked like it was freshly battered and fried, so when you by into it the green bean was nice and juicy and the outside was perfectly crunchy. My father in law’s green goddess wedge salad looked very appetizing, which I may get the next time we are dragged back. The worse of them was the fake cheese in the spinach artichoke dip. It would have been better if it didn’t look like it came frozen and was microwaved. Also, they should offer chips and bread or just bread. The chips were super thin so they broke every time you tried to dip
Overall our waitress Christine H. was super nice, accommodating but not normally in the bar and she made our drinks which I thought was off. The bar nor the restaurant was packed, so I figured that was why there were some mix ups with my in laws margaritas. However she was very on point when she refilled my bottomless strawberry lemonade (which was not too sweet and the strawberry wasn’t overpowering the lemonade flavor, however was disappointed to see they put strawberry syrup at the bottom vs. strawberry juice that comes with frozen strawberries, but I can’t complain since there were real diced
strawberries in my lemonade, so I was pleased).
I wouldn’t go back unless I was invited and I now know what to order and what to avoid. You have been warned.

Haven’t been to an Applebees in some time. They have added a few new items to the menu and changed a few things about the restaurant. I had the new brisket nachos it was just ‘ehh’ not delicious but not bad. Service was about what you would expect. They also have these screen/​tablet things sitting in the table. I’ve seen them before at Chilis but compared to theirs it was a disappointment almost nothing on it did not cost money. Which I thought was ridiculous bit oh well now it’s something that will just take up space on our table. I probably won’t come back for a while maybe once every year and a half per usual.

Issues prior they were thankful.

Update to my last fiasco. I was given a 25 dollar gift card from their general manager after reporting my experience. My server was excellent, food was prepared as asked, and I wasn’t over charged for my meal. The server noticed a mistake in the check and made the correction on his own. Between the food, waiter, and service, this night was good. My wait time was a little long, but I chuck that up to careful preparation of my meal which I wholeheartedly appreciate.
