I love BFJ, the one over by Fred Meyer on 176^th is amazing. The ladies are nice, friendly, and make a great cup of coffee. I stopped by here the other day with my husband. When we pulled up the lady behind the window says «Do you know what you would like» No smile, no hi, nothing. (It was not busy so there was no reason for the «cold» greeting. We then sat there for a few minutes while she made our drinks. Netty Yeti for my husband and I Legendary Mocha, iced no whip cream was mine. I love this drink, I have dreams about how good this drink is. This one was average. HOLY SUGAR. Seems like she used more sweetener and syrup than usual. 10 dollars plus 2 dollars in tip later I do not think I would visit this location again.

Good coffee but ok customer service. Very understaffed when I went in on a Sunday afternoon! But if you like there coffee it’ll be worth it.

Came back another day and got good service that was quick as well. They’ve climbed back one star at least.

We frequently enjoy Bigfoot java, but this location was horrible. We went inside the lobby and waited at the register for 5min without an acknowledgment from any of the 3 baristas. We finally decided to leave and take our business elsewhere.

Big foot java is by far my favorite coffee place in all of Washington! That’s saying a lot considering we’re the home to the more popular Starbucks. I love their blended mythical mocha the best, but I get their hot white chocolate mocha in the winter time. The staff is usually super friendly and I never have an issue with the taste. If you love coffee as much as I do and you want to get what you pay for, Big Foot Java is the place for you!

I think I’ve been to every Bigfoot Java that exists and this is the one location that has it all… good drinks excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. These girls are at the top of their game. I highly recommend if you go to Bigfoot… go to this location!!!

The service was great. When she got to us. This poor woman was running both the front and the drive through. Plus receiving deliveries. Plus making all the coffees. She was literally running. Very poor management decision right there.

Decent place but far from the best coffee I’ve ever had. The facility is very nice, bathrooms are clean, and the staff is polite.
The major problem that I had here is that they provide a high preference to drive-​through customers and then apologize profusely when they finally serve the walk-​in customer the coffee they ordered over ten minutes ago.
If they were short staffed, maybe I just hit them at a bad time. I would think that more than two people should be working on a Saturday morning just before nine o’clock though.
If I needed coffee and there were no other options, Bigfoot would suffice. I’ll look harder for another vendor if Bigfoot is my option in the future.

Worst service around! We pulled up to the drive thru to order, and my boyfriend turned off his diesel truck because it is very loud. The girl on the other side replied rudely with, «thanks. I couldn’t even hear the people in front of you.» Then asked what we wanted to order. After saying just a second please, she clearly forgot to turn off her headset and we could hear her say to her coworker, «wanna make the coffee? Cause I’m just over it.» The people in front of us got out right away to take their coffee back in. I’m guessing they received the same service we did. I love big foot, but I will never return to this location.

My favorite BigFoot Java in Puyallup. The girls are so sweet & make really good drinks! :)

I was going in to get my regular drink and I was getting ready to pay and I didn’t hand my cash at the same time as I was trying to give her my loyalty card and she states «I can’t give your points after I do my transaction» she could’ve simply just redid the order and I could’ve gotten my points. Very disappointing that they stick to standard customer service, seem to be their last priority.

They have Dillanos coffee which is my favorite coffee so far in my life. That is all i need to know since most girls in the Pacific NW can all make good espressos. Its just a common thing to not get a poorly made coffee in the area. What it really comes down to is how fast are the lines moving, how nice are the girls and most important what kind of beans do they use and this corporate espresso stand hits them all almost perfect

We LOVE Bigfoot Java.
When we moved here from MIchigan in January, we were completely overwhelmed by the number of coffee shops in the area.
We’re not HUGE Starbucks fans but noticed several Bigfoot Java’s and decided to give it a try.
We’ve had several different drinks — Iced Coffee, Carmel Macciato, their «Bigfoot Signature Drinks», Chai Latte’s — They are ALL great.
The customer service is awesome and (for a price) I can get a 32 oz drink (possibly even a 42 oz if I remember) — Though I have yet to get one. :)

I always get the iced Americano with cream when I come to this location. The Americano here reminds me of a toddy cold brew. It’s bold and creamy and absolutely scrumptious. I usually get the 16oz, and by the time i’m done I always wish I had gotten a larger size ;)
I wouldn’t recommend sitting inside if you’re soft spoken or intending on having an intimate conversation. The sound of coffee making can be loud in here, and seems to ping pong off the walls like a huge echo hall. It’s a coffee shop people, the coffee making machinery makes noise! But I promise it’s worth it.
The seating here is varied. I strongly recommend the plush arm chairs by the fire on a cold or rainy day.

Trendy? Yes… But great Coffee? Absolutely and that’s all that matters. Big foot Java uses beans roasted by… you guessed it Dillanos, and the quality on this roast is great. Big Foot has made a great cup every time I have stopped by. Big Foot is now my «Default» Coffee stop while in the NW.

There’s a Bigfoot Java shop everywhere here in Washington. I finally caved and came to this location and so glad I did! I had their legendary latte blended and it was OKAY. I didn’t taste the cinnamon and my drink didn’t have any caramel drizzle. Actually, the caramel was faint in the drink.
Love that there’s 6 size options oppose to most coffee shops with only 3. The girls were incredibly nice and very helpful since it was my first time.
I would definitely come back and try more of their drinks!

I have been coming to Big Foot Java for years and never had a complaint:)
I actually missed this place. for the past year living in California!
and glad to be back knowing it’s still running!
